We found the Franklin restaurant by accident. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and the staff is very attentive. When I requested eggs Benedict without bacon, the chef personally came to us, suggesting a replacement with mushrooms or avocado. The food is delicious. Typically, when you choose a salad as a side, it's just chopped greens, but here they brought a complete salad with cherry tomatoes, greens, and sauce. Very delicious. The prices are decent. $62 for 3 people with 3 dishes and coffee.
Definitely worth visiting when you are in Jersey City.
Very nice place in the Heights. Brunch is definitely their thing. If you are in the area do not miss out on this place. Food is good, atmosphere is very nice and service is great: staff is very attentive and helpful. Freshly squeeze juices are really good!
Very nice and cozy place to enjoy a good meal. Food and coffee are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere makes you really enjoy the whole dining experience.
The only thing we can suggest to improve is the service time. It took almost 30 minutes to serve us and we had to ask for our coffee to be refilled (Even though there were only two other customers in the entire establishment). Details that definitely reduce the quality of a place like this. But overall it was a good experience and we recommend it.
Excellent food and quiet, comfy vibes. Jersey City is full of amazing restaurants and is honestly a food capital of the US, so this place might get missed on lists of top restaurants, but it's worth a visit. The Franklin has the best cacio e pepe in North Jersey. I've been here about ten times. BYOB and if you forget to bring your drinks just walk a block to pick something up and you'll be back before your apps have been served. Outdoor seating can be good or bad depending on the time of day, since Franklin is a busy route and thoroughfare. It was better when they had pandemic seating on NY Ave.
As a local , I frequent this place . Either dine I , take out or Uber eats. Today, to start off my new year I wanted eggs Benedict, and where better than here in this area. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed , even tho there were only 4 tables. We ordered and then more people came in. Had our coffees and OJ and 20 minutes after our order was taken, she came and said she lost our ticket and needed our order again. I was upset seeing the place is now full(table of 9 next to us) and my order is going in after that. I decided to take my losses and just ask for the check. With no hesitation or apology she proceeded to charge me $15 for 2 coffees and an orange juice. The least she could have done was try to entice my to stay and eat something at a compensated price or something similar. I don't blame it all on her for the last time we were there the same waitress was alone as well. Seems like a management issue and training issue as well . She was not prepared to handle the situation. I wanted to say that this was a very disappointing first meal of the year .
Done with this place sorry
1st time to this place.
Very nice.
Short ribs could use more rich gravy, but still good.
Spouse said Bolognese was delicious.
Good polite service.

Unfortunate. I live locally. I’ve celebrated my birthday every year here. However, they prefer to book a private event over their already made reservations. I understand it’s business but letting your loyal clients know 2 days before your 20 people reservation is cancelled due a NEW private event is so unprofessional. They’ve forever lost loyal customers.
I’ve been to Franklin for brunch and it was decent. But me and my friends went to dinner last night. We had wild mushroom risotto, shrimp pasta.
Absolutely disappointed!! The taste of risotto was like jasmine rice with cheese. We were so hungry we ate it all and the portions were extremely small. I cannot believe for 27$ they gave very small portions. We all had to order each person a dessert in order to fill our stomachs.
If you plan on going to Franklin go for brunch not dinner.
Wow their sandwiches are absolutely delicious. We loved both the Korean and Peruvian Chicken Sandwiches as well as the Togarashi Fries. Picture doesnât do justice but the chicken were BIG and sooooo tender. Fresh out of the batter & crispy. That yu
We were blown away by how our food could be so delicious and equally healthy at the same time. We tried the grouper ceviche, salmon, branzino, and plantain salad and each dish was better if not as amazing as the previous one. The chef was also very k
Nice little cafe in the grove st area. Got the sweet and savory pancakes but didnât really like the soft chewy texture - Iâm too used to crunchy hard waffles. Cortado was nice
I read about this place on Google and the reviews were good so I wanted to try it. I was looking for a local place that was reasonably priced and I could not have found a better example. I've been craving coffee and pancakes since I got to the US l
This place has legit Indian food. Their biryani was a burst of aromatic flavours with well spiced meat. Butter chicken was rich and creamy and the naan was top class - piping hot, soft and fluffy making it a delightful accompaniment to the meal.
I've been living in the neighborhood for a long time and not sure how I overlooked it for so long! The Ramen is great and so are the apps and sake. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service was top notch. Sitting at the bar was closed when I
Great local spot with friendly service. This bar has a bit of everything - Sit outside under the awnings, or inside with fun music or sports. Chat with Austin the bartender, he'll even play your favorite song for you. The back room has pool tables an
I canât compliment this establishment enough! From beginning to end we were catered to. Bianca assisted us in securing a section right in front of the most beautiful view of NYC! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, we got salmon, crab cake
This place is great! I love the tacos, I live on them! Freshly chopped onions and tomatoes with cilantro! It goes perfect with my favorite Congri rice! They also have chicken quesadillas and sell half chicken on the bone grilled! I prefer to pic
This place is amazing. Great Coffee and really high quality sandwiches, all for the same price or even less expensive than Starbucks (and less crowded). Awesome bakery stuff too. Canât recommend it enough.
Hungarian delight. Feels like youâve taken a trip to Eastern Europe. The food is exceptional and a rare find across the tri-state. Alfredo makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend
I joined 150 BayFit for 3 months this summer, and my experience was fantastic. The business is runny very professionally, just like the classes. Everyone is there to work, but itâs a perfectly enjoyable environment welcoming of all skill levels. Iâ
wow!!! i just bought the vegan bowl, and i left no crumbs on my plate. i decided to try something new today, considering iâve tried their shiitake rolls before and it was so good. 1000/10, will definitely return!
this spot never misses!
The Empty Sky Memorial is located in Millennium Park. The park is beautiful with a panoramic view of Manhattan. It is worth visiting the place. The memorial is large and well-maintained
Very cute cafe. Best place if you are looking to have a quick bite and some coffee. You will definitely feel relaxed. Nicole has been super sweet and attended to our needs. Her smiling face is as refreshing as the coffee she serves.
Oh this is definitely a great place to go. It's a memorial on the pier. You have the best view of the Manhattan skyline. Also, there's plenty of great food trucks. The statue itself is very beautiful. It's majestic. And the piers are wonderful. You c
