The Fox Tower at Foxwoods - Hotel in MASHANTUCKET - 240 Fox Tower Dr, USA

Great Weekend time visit. Busy but that is always expected on a Holiday weekend.Room next door was kind of loud with the party next room over but at least was quiet at night! The beds are nice and soft and what a beautiful view over the pool. Although we never use it. Fridge in the room seems much smaller than the ones at the Pequot which we couldn't put our leftovers in from the Hard Rock is really my only complaint. Bathroom sliding door is awesome! And shower has a place to sit! Two thumbs up just for that! Always a great time there! Thank You from Kim D. & Jim B. From Salem N.H.

We stayed 3 nights in the fox tower. Great stay for the most part. We loved the fox tower pool but the weather did not cooperate and it was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. There is no indoor pool in fox tower. You can use the indoor pool at the other hotels but needed to purchase a day pass. Top golf was also closed for 2 of the 3 days as well (tues & wed) which was disappointing. We will definitely be back though.

This was by far my worst hotel experience in my entire life this used to be my go to place but after the way I was treated I will never come back first off at check in I was the only colored person and the only person they took ID for well over 20 mins only to return with no explanation then once I got to my suite my jacuzzi was not working and the call center staff insinuated that I must have done something to it because it was working the previous day like what I literally just arrived only to have a maintenance man come and say the modem was shot so I had to change rooms then I called service desk again for a microwave or somewhere to warm food an she was very nasty about it said they don't do that don't call again and hung up on me so rude and inappropriate I paid way to much to be treated that way and at check out the manager literally ran to the back and did not care what I had experienced not even a sorry which is what I wanted I quickly just asked for my recite so I don't ever have to return to this monstrosity you call a hotel

Fantastic!! Lost the diamond from my wedding ring somewhere in the hotel/casino. Looked everywhere. No luck. Robert from security went to my room and found it for me right away!!! Could not believe it! Thank you so very much!!❤💍

We did have an issue of housekeeping entering our room before we checked out. Fortunately, we only had purchased things thrown in the trash. A manager took care of us and rectified the problem and we are very satisfied.

Originally booked the director suite to celebrate mothers day for the wife. Asked about rooms upgrades at check in and was able to upgrade to a presidential suite for the an additional $75!! That was a no brainer! The room was absolutely stunning, the views were out of this world. The bathroom to die for, my wife and I were able to both shower together with ample space, and the bathtub with Jets! Was incredible. I will be booking my hotel stays here from now on. We usually stay at mohegan but the rooms here are so better priced.

The parking lot.to the entrance connection is very off here confusing entrance...my.hotel room was extremely dusty. Old fixtures and layers.of dust. The large selection of slot machine is a plus and if your wanted to increase you step count. Definitely visit.

Had an excellent stay here last Thursday; beautiful room, amazing view & spacious suite. One of the best stays I have ever had...hope to come back soon!
