By far the best place in the Manhattan Kansas area to lift, workout and do cardio! Surround yourself with like minded individuals that not only motivate each other but also keep each other accountable. The Gym membership is nothing for the Family you gain at the Foundation!!! Staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and supportive. There always there for you when you a spot or advice in the gym and out the gym. Best gym in manhattan. Have met such amazing people from here. Have have gotten amazing supportive friends. Definitely check it out. It’s worth.
I’ve been going to the foundation since COVID and I have had nothing but great experiences there. if you want a decently priced gym with people who genuinely will care about you but also help you grow, this is the place to go. The staff are always great and easy to work with as well.
The best “no frills” gym in Manhattan. Doesn’t have a sauna or hot tub or very many amenities outside of weights and cardio machines. It does have dedicated patrons who are focused on getting stronger and bigger. Everyone is nice.
Not gonna find a better gym in the area. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment is of the best quality. This is what happens when a pro body builder owns a gym. Nothing but the best.
This is by far the best gym in the Midwest. The equipment is awesome and so are the people. The community is what makes this gym great. Cam, Charlie, Noah, and Mike make me excited to come workout!

If I was more into the competition aspect of bodybuilding, Id have to remove one star due to the posing room having only one mirror, but Im not concerned with that, so 5 stars.
Equipment is all high quality such as rouge or hammer strength, and most if not all is in almost brand new condition.
Community is wonderful from what ive seen, everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and ready to talk if you want to.
Range of equipment is unmatched, about anything you can think of from bodybuilding to powerlifting, even a bag for boxing/kicking and a mat for jiu-jitsu or grappling.
Prices are also very affordable with one time free day pass, as well as a 3 day, 7 day, and monthly membership options.
Wonderful gym, staff, and community, highly recommend👍👍👍
