The Fly Inn - Motel in Lynwood - 12315 Long Beach Blvd, USA

I booked 2 nights here and for emergency purposes I extended another night. My boyfriend noticed right away the cockroaches. The room smelled dirty. The maid had us waiting for her to clean the room prior to check in and had us waiting 45 min. The mini fridge was so disgusting that the ice was black and protruding down entire compartments. My boyfriend ended up cleaning it. The shower and bathtub was the only great thing about our stay. On our first night we noticed the box spring mattress had a giant hole in it. The next day I went to get work and they kicked out my disabled boyfriend who was forced to carry all my stuff and his belongings. Plus I used the atm and money was stolen from my debit card and account.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Roach invested. I can’t believe it hasn’t been closed down. The toilet in my room didn’t flush. The blankets were dirty and had burn marks. The staff is beyond rude and thinks yelling when you report an unhealthy issue is solution. They refused to give me my $20 deposit back even though I returned the key and remote that doesn’t work. It’s GROSS and filthy! There were roaches in the bed and whatever else those bugs were called crawling around. And this is not a place you can get any sleep at! Filthy, rude staff, and loud! Rooms are extremely clean and cheaper at the economy inn! I do not recommend this place for anyone!

You should know that on check-in he requires a cash deposit of $20 and he only gives you back 1/2 at check out There's an ATM in front of the office that he owns and tells you to use, so he gets the transaction fees on top of the $10 that he takes. This is not necessary, he could just apply the deposit to the credit card you booked with but he's trying to get as much out of you as he can. There were many other things wrong with my stay here but I thought ppl should know about that. If you have to stay at a roach motel find another. There's a few in the area of comparable price.

I CAME TO THE FLY SUNDAY 07/31/22 and I'm Still Here 08/04/22. It's very clean and quiet. Yes it's in what is considered the ghetto but this is definitely for the uppity ghetto ppl like myself. The only thing I would recommend is before you get comfortable drop a fogger in the room

It had BED BUGS worse place ever very dirty. She couldn't refund my money till the next day because she already dropped the money into the "safe" so I had to stay in a bed bug room all night till 9am!! She switched my room though but still the bed bugs were crawling off my stuff into mt new room I just wanted to go!!Stay at the Dixie motel its only 55 dollars its 1 mile away.

This is the worst motel/hotel I have being in my life. If you want to wake up with the smell of prostitute sweat and dead bugs on you this motel is for you. Old and nasty bed, and everything in the room. The room I got was supposed to be a non-smoking but it you could feel the smell of smoke and everything else the last 3 previous customers had on them. Obviously they don't clean these rooms daily. There was only one person working in there when I got there, his name was Sandy and he was sleeping, you have to ring a bell to wake him up, super rude guy, he couldn't even make me a key that worked in my room, he went to open the room with his key and asked me not to bother him anymore. Also the area where it is located is very bad, the front desk is by the street and in 5 mins that I was there, two prostitutes got there to ask me if I wanted their services. The place is ok the only thing I didn't like was that I was there already made a reservation and it wasn't him bored I paid 120 every day it said it was 85$;made a reservation for 2 days for 170$:and I could get it cause I was there already I need paying 120$'a day ,hut the people are nice and the house keepers were very good lady's .thank u guys for accepting me with my pets .it's a safe place too.

They over charge you for a night. Lights went out. And only because you decide to stay an extra day. They charge you extra for doing so. Ive stayed in so many motels. And none of them charged extra just because i decided to stay an extra day. And in one of the rooms there was a lot of fleas.
