The Floridian Inn - Motel in Clearwater - 1630 Gulf to Bay Blvd B, USA

I stayed in late March, including Easter,2024. Have NO complaints, Full kitchen,dishes,etc. Ref&freezer!..Room was spacious and CLEAN.. Water was hot everyday for dishes and bathing. Room darkened at night for a good rest * large bathroom with a sunny Window..large mirror, and nice dining are & table! Ample parking all 8 days For my S.U.V. Family owned and excellently-maintained! Full size washer &dryer a few feet from my door!!! ...I will STAY here again, Wkly- rate was reasonable++ IF I could change anything, the mattress Was not as comfortable As I prefer___ BUT, you Definitely get your money's worth***Valerie

The hotel is a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and TD Ballpark. The room was clean, cozy, and had a kitchenette. Lots of free parking onsite, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel definitely gives “Old Florida” vibes, and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is sparkling, but isn’t heated like the Expedia ad states. Some of the poolside loungers need replacing. The hotel is in a very busy area so it can get quite noisy at times. We would definitely return to this hotel as it was exactly what we needed for our week long stay in Clearwater!

Great service here! The management is super friendly and accommodating! Location is great, too. A stone's throw from a cool park, there's a bunch of restaurants within a short walk, a Family Dollar for anything you forgot on your vacation, and a Thornton's gas station with surprisingly good coffee. The pool looks sweet, too (but it was raining when I was there so I didn't get to enjoy it). The rooms are homey but a little tired. Amenities are nice to have (fridge, stove, microwave, AC) and water pressure in the shower was nice. Hot water was endless!

Great service! The management is super friendly! Rooms are clean and so is the pool! Location is great, too. Lots of restaurants near by. I will be back again!

I stayed here the week of the St. Pete Grand Prix. It was about 30 minutes away, but less expensive. I arrived late at night, and the manager appeared immediately when I rang the bell. He was very friendly, and processed my registration quickly! The room was spacious, with two queen beds, a sitting area, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. The walls were faux painted, and the pictures and furniture were dated, but in good condition. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, except for road noise. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Quite a bit of mold/mildew, but typical for Florida, and a bit of hair in the tub. The water pressure was great, and the water stayed nice and hot throughout my entire shower. The office was locked and the manager gone when I checked out early the next morning. Enjoyable stay; would stay again!

The location was fine, we had a very scary situation. Someone at 2 am was POUNDING on the door like they were trying to kick it in…. Keep in mind it’s my mother and just me ! Didn’t have any bad qualms with anyone so it scared the Crap out of us. We called 911 and the person ran off as the police showed up….. ODD but anyways, The workers were extremely friendly and polite. The rooms were very outdated but kept clean.

This motel is a gem. It is on busy street but we never heard any traffic in our room. The double room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable, the motel staff was very friendly and amazing. Will definitely stay here when in clearwater again.

Summer in Clearwater, Florida and an inadequate AC unit for the room makes for an unbearable stay; not mention the roaches! Had to cancel the other night booked and was refused a refund.
