This is the best place in the mall. I work here and anyone who works here knows this is the only spot you are supposed to go to for phone repair. I also got this awesome tempered glass and case which I’m really excited about. David and his team were so attentive and helpful. They really brightened my day. Last week I dropped my iPhone 15 Pro on the sidewalk and was very sad to see a big crack in the center. I stopped by the Fix and was instantly impressed by Ethan and Leo’s customer service. My phone was fixed within an hour and I’m happy to have a brand new screen again. Great prices and an amazing team!

come here all the time for anything phone related. my phone was not charging and i came to the fix and they were able to repair my charging port really fast and affordable. they were honest and didn’t change my port which cost much more money. honest guys. make sure you ask for david

Apple said they could not repair my daughters phone and the brain was broken and it would cost $600 to fix it. We came to the kiosk and they were able to fix the phone. Incredible. Why Apple does this I don’t know. We also bought a phone to bring over seas. They are so nice and so helpful. We were here for many hours but worth the time spent. Very very nice. Very helpful. Ethan and Leo are by the most professional and kind staff I have ever encountered at a repair store. They were extremely helpful with installing my privacy screens and were so caring with my devices. They went above and beyond with addressing my needs and I can’t emphasize enough how courteous and speedy their service was for my issue. Will DEFINITELY be coming back here for all my future tech needs and I recommend you all do as well! 11 out of 10 stars!!!

Went to apple because my phone was not turning on, they told me I would have to wait for 1 hr just to diagnose the issue. came here to see kelvin he diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds and all I needed was a charger highly recommend seeing him!

Great service and finished in a reasonable timeframe. Went to bed and my iPhone 14 wouldn’t charge. I woke up and it was still dead. I came to the fix and they said either a screen or battery with a free diagnostic. So they diagnosed it for free and the battery was actually the issue. They even gave a one year warranty for the battery they use. My boy Sam used to work here that’s why I come. Awesome thanks again!
