This was our families first time at The Fishin Pig!! Let me tell you this was some of the greatest barbecue we have had! Friendly staff, and an amazing industrial atmosphere with a lot of flare & funk! We will be back definitely friendly family! Our waitress Kayla was so wonderful as well!! Great customer service!

Solid selection of food and drinks with a nice atmosphere. There's lots of TVs by the bar to watch sports, and there's also separate seating and tables for more of a sit-down dining experience. The food menu is quite large; they appear to specialize in seafood, barbeque, and southern fare. Our party ordered only appetizers, and the portions are very large! The pretzels and crab dip are delicious, and you get a very large platter of fried pork rinds for less than $10. Their beer selection was standard but has decent variety. I can't speak to their cocktails, but I heard other patrons at the bar remarking on how well they were made. The owner stopped by and chatted with us (very personable and kind), and the rest of the staff are laid-back and have a great sense of humor. Though not the busiest place on a Saturday, I found it very welcoming and pleasant. Will definitely be returning to try out their brisket.

Aesthetically pleasing. Staff is friendly, and they have a nice hustle about them. Food comes out fast. $4 Mexican beer was a hit. Now for the hype the food was extremely pedestrian. No huge flavor profile or stand outs. Food was not nasty by any means, but it did not overwhelm me to want to come back to try more. And WHERE ARE THE BURNT ENDS????

Great casual spot, the wife and each got a platter; (Pulled pork and Brisket) good portion sizes. Mac and Cheese (side) was great. Brisket wasn’t as thick as I’m used to but still way better than most places. BBQ sauces at the table were a good selection. Atmosphere was relaxed and we were very comfortable. Bar is massive and looks like a great place to watch football. Drink selection was also very diverse and looked fun. They look like they run daily deals/specials. Will come back again!

A hidden gem! Lets start off with the amazing smell of bbq when we arrived! We were in the mood for shrimp tacos and thought we’d give it a try. So glad we did! We ordered the grilled and bang bang shrimp tacos and they were delicious. We had sides on mac n cheese and fried green tomatoes. They both were great as well. Our service was fantastic as well! If we are ever back in the area, we’ll be back

They have plenty of TVs to watch games. Nice bar. The food was hot and fresh. Very important with fried fish. The broccoli is very good. Nice char with still a little crunch on them. Really enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service. I look forward to going back soon.

Beautiful establishment. Food was great and prices were shockingly cheap. First time here and Amie & Julie were very nice and helpful. Great waitresses!

Visited this spot last night. It’s got a great vibe to it, and last night the place was packed. We had Alishia for our server. She was courteous and did an amazing job writing her name upside down and mirrored. For food I ordered fried green tomatoes for a starter, a pint of andouille sausage with collard greens and hushpuppies for my main course/sides and finished the meal with bread pudding. The fried green tomatoes came out really greasy. I know, they’re fried, but when you pick them up and oil rubs off them that means you didn’t shake them off in the fry basket before slapping them on the metal tray. As for the sausage, they were good, great caramelization and you can’t really screw up sausage. The hushpuppies were delightful especially with the cinnamon honey butter. The collards were cooked perfectly but could have used bacon or ham hock. The bread pudding was okay, really wished they’d of had peach cobbler. All-in-all a good trip and will try to make it back.
