The Fight Lab in Fort Lee, NJ, is an exceptional place for my twins to learn martial arts. Instructor Brandon is a fantastic coach, displaying a remarkable ability to listen and invest time in each student. His dedication contributes to a positive and enriching experience for my children, making the Fight Lab a standout choice for martial arts training. The facility is very clean and nice. Furthermore, the staff is very accommodating and welcoming to all who choose to learn mix martial arts.

The Fight Lab is an excellent martial art gym that is very clean with staff and coaches that are very friendly and attentive. Lots of classes to come in and attend at all different times of day. Everyone is super approachable so you aren't afraid to ask any questions or for help. Classes are fun and cater to skill development greatly. Highly recommend!

Best Muay Thai place in fort lee! Instructors are so insightful, practical and sensible -- they match students with similar skill levels and meanwhile you get the chance to practice combos with different peers each time to add variations to your fighting skills. The other important value add is that the Gym is big enough and has plenty of room to practice any techniques without worrying about hitting others accidentally. The vibe is also great. You can either go lighter or tougher.

I found this placed thanks to a friend who referred to me (Kirill!). The place is the only good option in Fort Lee/Edgewater for a real fighting club! I came in on a Sunday 12:00pn and in 15 minutes I was able to sign up and join the class! (I am medium level so i did not need private classes even though they are strongly encouraged and needed for beginners!) . I can join Monday thru Sunday the 1h Muay Thai class with 3 different professional coaches each day and use the amazing high-end equipment they have! The place is super clean, air conditioned and a lot of tatami space! Highly recommended and super competitive price! 10x much better than UFC gym, where they are not real fighters the coaches and the classes are much amateur.

Incredible instructors, very clean gym, friendly environment, overall great atmosphere. Chelsy is very helpful since day 1. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. I started here 6 months ago with zero martial arts experience and now coming 3-4x a week for Muay Thai group classes. Highly recommend getting 1 on 1 private lessons, Kru Fitz helped me tremendously. Worth the investment.

The Fight Lab is an INCREDIBLE gym to train in. First and foremost I received very quick and informative replies from Chelsy (who is amazing and so welcoming) after my first inquiry. After trying one of the classes, I decided to sign up right away. The professors are very attentive during class and are quick to correct any form and confusion. You will work, you will learn, you will sweat and altogether have fun doing it. The overall environment of the gym is so welcoming and all egos are left outside the doors before walking in. And one of the most important things is that it is CLEAN. They take cleanliness very seriously, which I love. There are alcohol spray bottles everywhere for you to clean your equipment after class. If you were curious about giving this space a try, think no further, just do it!
