At first I was concerned after moving in to learn we have one person to handle this entire community. Randy is Awesome!! He has it figured out. I totally respect him and his work ethic.
Maintenance at our community is top-notch appreciate him being on top of everything. And exceeding expectations .

I enjoyed living at The Fenimore! Michelle, Matt and our maintenance guy Randy were all sooooo amazing and helpful during my time there. The complex did just undergo new management, but I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Nathan and he was very nice and very personable !

Really enjoy living in this community. Michelle is very kind and attentive, and has been helpful when I’ve needed it most. I appreciate her prompt responses and have never had to wait days for anything. Someone mentioned the recycling, that has nothing to do with the Fenimore. These are contracted people and the guy with pale skin and brown hair, thin is incredibly rude and as stated in other reviews, he chooses what he wants to recycle. I have security cameras on my entrance and I have heard and seen him swearing for no reason and to be petty he will even come back up two flights of stairs to bring items back. Once when I opened my door to leave he was bringing my boxes back 2 flights of stairs and said that “they fell all over the stairs”… when I have recorded footage of him carrying them all the way down, and then back up. Even if you address concerns the company itself lacks customer service and does nothing. This isn’t fault of the community, and everything else is great. The trash compactor backs up because tenants don’t use the shovel to push their bags down INTO the bin. They just sit it on the ledge, or someone will not even put it in at all and leave it on the sidewalk, and then the next person just adds to it. Apartments are quiet and clean with updated appliances and fixtures. I’ve been here 3 years and will be renewing my lease.
Went there to check out some apartments was instantly judged by Michelle she was very pushy and rushy and not a pleasant person to deal with ! Beware that there apartment prices change daily so she could not give me a price of an apartment and told me that I have until midnight to apply to keep that same price. When I was viewing the apartment she never explained anything I walked threw myself why she stood at the door I would never consider living there because the way I was treated and she is very unprofessional and has a bad spirit and not friendly at all ! Don’t let them rush u into anything take your money and go else we’re but please beware of Michelle very nasty attitude and very Rushy and pushy and she will not tell u a price if she do you have until midnight to apply and the price will change and beware there app fees and administration fees
This was the best experience I have had living in an apartment complex, which I have lived in many. The front office staff including Michelle and Matt were top notch and always willing to help and the maintenance staff with Randy was beyond exceptional and often responded to any issues (I had very few) usually within the hour of reporting it. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to the area!
