Food was a gem of a find. Discovered by accident as had been suggested we try a different place that had been closed. Yet the FF was wonderful can imagine food and service would have been anything close elsewhere. I’d go again to Fabled Farmer again when in Fergus Falls. Talk with them about the story of the business, makes living in small town Minnesota sound lovely! I don’t think you will be disappointed at the Fabled Farmer! Just go!
This place was so cute and the server was very sweet and informative about the menu. Took my best friend out to lunch and we both had never been here. Amazing!
Food for the soul! I was extremely happy to find this restaurant in the area. The food was DELICIOUS, the people very very friendly and welcoming. I got a Sesame Salmon Bowl and asked to change the onions and cucumbers for avocado... it was the perfect lunch.
It's been two weeks and I'm still discussing the food in conversations. Everything was soo fresh! My 6 year old who loves to graze got the snack plate and was smiling the whole time. Yes, both of our lunches were pure fruits and veggies. I will be back often. Highly recommend the southwest bowl.
Cute spot with very kind, friendly people! The Sesame Salmon Bowl was fresh and light with sweet and tangy crunches. Great flavors and textures, I almost ordered an additional meal to go 😂 For dessert I tried a FRESH oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, a peanut butter pie, and a glazed lemon poppy muffin. By tried I mean to say I inhaled them. So good 😊 Also tried a juice who’s name escapes me but I think it had ginger and lemon/lemonade 🤷🏻♂️? Think it had a short 3 letter name? Anyways, it was light, tangy, and almost a little spicy with the ginger. Very fun drink. 100% will stop in again if I come back up this way.
The calm and cozy atmosphere of this place is very pleasant. I got the Thai bowl, the soup of the day and a dessert brownie. All of which were delicious and would recommend them.
Fantastic Fergus Falls offering. Scrambled egg bowl pictured. Vegetables and rice perfectly cooked and seasoned. I’ve never experienced a dish with sumac. So good. An absolute game changer. My only critique are the scrambled eggs. Overcooked, needing more seasoning. Would love the eggs more curd-like, a softer scramble. The sumac sauce would incorporate better into the dish.
Good experience! I had the southwest bowl and it was super tasty but could've been a bit more seasoned. Main downside is that it is super expensive for what you get. A can of Dr. Pepper is $2.50! Still, I would come back to try the other items. Great service as well!

My new favorite burger in Fergus! Great service and nice vibe. Kind of pricey but I think you get what you pay for. I will definitely come back and I look forward to trying some other stuff on the menu.
