Beyond disgusting. Loud, dirty, unsafe. If you want to feel like a crackhead just stay one night. Smells like Crack in every corner. Just DON'T stay here.

I am an Auditor of different Hotels around the Country and Puerto Rico. That means that I know how this business run and how Employee Steals from it. The morning Front Desk gave me a Price Rate that wasn't the real one and He told me that I have to pay in Cash only. I said I don't carry any Cash, just Credit Cards and He asked me if I can pay $10 in Cash and the rest with my Credit Card and I said NO. In that moment the rate change from $90 to $75 and that's what I ended paying with Credit Card. He couldn't take any money so He wasn't happy at all. Room was okay but a lot of bugs in it. Wasn't cleaned very well but it was nice prepared. TV too small and monitor was broken. Drawers broken and in bad conditions. Price are too high considering is a Motel and the conditions of the Room. Motel Rate per night are suppose to be lower than Hotels and this one are even higher sometimes. No late check-out available and No early Check-Ins neither. My requested of late Check-Out was denied. I don't recommend it and not going back. They need a lot of work and better employees. Seems that the owner doesn't care at all about his business but that's on him.

This place is beyond disgusting! Roach & mice INFESTED! Very violent guest! Extremely rude managers! Toilets overflow & flooded entire rooms, front to back…. caused thousands of $ worth of damage to my belongings! The rooms that were affected by the raw sewage were rented out to new guest the very same day without management telling them about the issues. The insurance company is trying to lowball me for my property damages & missed work. Told me to just wash the urine & feces out so they didn’t have to pay me for my very expensive sneakers & shoes! Just be mindful of where you stay! But please don’t stay HERE! There’s a Days Inn right next to it!

Don’t bring your kids here please! I couldn’t believe that I am in the unites states, this is the worst motel I have even stayed in. Room service comes knocking on the door in the early morning like shes in a rush to clean the room and yet when I checked in, the room was filthy. Plastic cups were used, blankets had cigarettes burn, the toilet bowl water made sound the whole night, room has smell and everywhere things were broken.

Watch your property! The cleaning staff are theives and the owners do not care and will blow you off with attitude. How does a place of business not have running cameras and allow their staff to steal?

The express inn is a roach motel. I wouldn't suggest anyone I know to stay there. I was there weeks ago and discovered roaches. When I spoke to the old man at the front desk he advised me that he would have the exterminator out to rectify the situation but when I went back weeks later there was an infestation of roaches in the bathroom and they were coming from behind a rotted wall under the sink. Not just one roach but about 20. Baby roaches at that
