The Estate at Florentine Gardens - Wedding venue in River Vale - 97 Rivervale Rd, USA

We just photographed a wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens this past Fall and it was a complete dream!! Their entire staff was super helpful and accommodating the entire day! The Maître D' was always right by our couple's side with anything they needed! They gave top-notch quality service from getting ready all the way to the end of the evening! The ceremony space is breathtaking with tall ceilings and an entire wall of windows letting in all the natural light! The reception space was stunning with chandeliers and big windows overlooking the gardens! The entire estate has gorgeous architectural details. We cannot wait to work there again next year!

BEST DAY EVER!!! The Florentine is by far one the best wedding venues in the state! The best wedding service I have ever seen and BY FAR the best food and cocktail hour! Working with Ciro and Sam was such an amazing experience. I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. This was the second venue we toured and the second we walked into the front door we were sold! Ciro went above and beyond to ensure I had everything more than perfect on wedding day. As a wedding planner myself I had nothing to worry about that day. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! We love you guys so much!

We had our cocktail hour & reception at the Estate at Florentine Gardens in November 2023. My husband and I wanted to really emphasize delicious food and service and let me tell you Florentine Gardens delivered it to us, our family and friends, on a rhodium platter. From the moment we walked into the beautifully designed lobby/entryway, greeted by a gorgeous chandelier, fireplace, and staircase, we knew this place was the real deal. Jason worked with us and our planner Lauren at Detailed Events by Lo from the start, helping to guide us in our vendor choices and most importantly our cocktail hour and reception food selections. We loved being able to customize our food selections from start to finish, with really different and fun options that we hadn’t seen at other weddings before. Jason was extremely attentive, easy to work with, patient, and kind. From working with Jason and the FlorenTEAM, you really feel like they are your family as they want you to have the most magnificent day possible with the most amount of ease and least amount of stress. Jason made it so easy to communicate with him during the planning process. We have very hectic schedules and Jason was the most accommodating. When it came down to the week of the wedding, we were feeling so excited and stress free thanks to Jason and his team. I knew they had everything figured out down to a tee. When we arrived to the venue after our church ceremony, my husband and I were greeted by Jason & Jeffery (and some vodka Martinis). I could go on and on about every single perfect detail, but I would be writing for hours. There was not one single thing that I could find wrong with how the day went. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food, drinks, desserts, and service exceeded our expectations. People say your wedding day is the best day of your lives, and ours truly was with help from Florentine Gardens. We give our HIGHEST recommendation for this truly spectacular venue. We wish our friends would get married there so we can return and eat all of the tasty food again :P. Of note- We mostly used the recommended vendors, which were all lovely, easy to work with, and contributed to our fabulous day. -Sal Travis Entertainment for Day & Night Videography (insanely amazing same day wrap up video that we cannot stop watching!!!), unbelievable lighting, and the incredible DJ TONY GIA, who are friends and family cannot stop talking about!!! -Arcadia Floral Company (beautiful whimsical flowers and candles-working with Sammy was so easy and great!!!) -Creationari Stationary company created the most gorgeous custom invitations that included a painted photo of our venue

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Florentine Gardens on 10/28/23. The entire planning process with Sam, our coordinator, was a BREEZE. She's just the best! I'm extremely Type A so at first I was stressed that I would have to manage all the little things leading up to the big day and on the wedding day itself. All my questions were answered promptly and from the moment we booked our wedding there, Sam ensured us everything would be taken care of. We instantly felt at ease with Sam and the Florentine team, and I can genuinely say that selecting this venue was the easiest, most stress-free wedding decision we made! 10/28/23. From the minute we arrived at 8am until we left at 1am, our bridal attendant Lee was on top of everything. She made sure I always had a drink or something to eat, even bringing me gluten free pastries for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. Lee was at my side most of the day and night and she was the absolute BEST. Sam checked in with us multiple times throughout the day/night to make sure we had everything we need. The facilities themselves are just gorgeous and exactly what we wanted in a wedding venue. The bridal suites were beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Additionally, every single staff member at Florentine is exceptional and provided top-notch service to us and every single guest. Our family and friends are still raving about all the food and how amazing the service was! Jeffrey, the maitre'd, was also incredible and made sure the whole night flowed well and we were able to get all the photos etc. that we wanted before the end of the night. Again, the service was UNBELIEVABLE. I did not have one ounce of stress on my wedding day and a huge part of that is thanks to Florentine Gardens. They really know how to execute a wonderful event and was totally worth every single cent we spent having our wedding here. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

I truly don’t even know where to begin. First let me start by saying the second you walk into the Florentine you are treated as family. From our first experience with Ciro my husband, my parents and myself all felt his personal touch to make sure everything with our wedding day would be exactly what we’ve dreamt of. His kindness and patience meant the world to us. Sal Travis and his team are BEYOND talented and amazing. Our videographer Jesse was so fun to deal with and the same day edit video all I can say is … W O W!!!!! I probably have watched it over 20 times already. The day of my wedding I couldn’t imagine it without Monica. She didn’t only treat me like a princess she treated my whole bridal party like royalty. She was there from start to finish and was the sweetest person to deal with! Our Maître D Jeff made sure everything was perfect the entire day and he has the sweetest soul. Our DJ Tony Gia made the wedding party go insane!!!!! Everyone loved the music and the dance floor was filled the entire night. I honestly can’t put into words the amount of love I have for the venue, staff, and the Daidone family. Thank you to the Florentine and their dedicated hard work for making our wedding P E R F E C T. When I say not one thing went wrong I truly mean it, it was the most magical fairytale wedding I have dreamt of.

My husband and I wanted a unique and exquisite venue; one that our guests have never been to. The Estate at Florentine Gardens exceeded our expectations. This venue is luxurious, top notch and exceptional in all aspects. We felt like royalty from start to finish. Ciro (one of the owners) and Samantha assisted with every facet of the wedding planning process. Ciro was a tremendous help with the menu selections and day-of details. Sal Travis provided excellent consultation on entertainment. From ceremony to reception, Sal & team executed our production needs. The state of the art entertainment system had our guests dancing and amazed throughout the night. On the day of, our bridal attendants Monica & Max took excellent care of us and made our day seamless. They anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. Monica was truly God sent for the bride. The servers and bartenders treated our guests like VIPs. The Maitre D and the entire waitstaff provided stellar 5 star service. Most of our guests shared that this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. They are still raving about the beautiful cocktail hour, delicious food and service. Our guests also shared that Florentine Gardens has “THE BEST COCKTAIL HOUR & FOOD.” Thomas Daidone “Proprietor” is kind and has assembled an amazing team that compliments this luxurious venue. Thank you so much Ciro, Samantha, Sal, Monica, Max and the entire staff at The Estates at Florentine Gardens for making our wedding dreams come true. Hands down, THE BEST VENUE IN NJ.

I don’t know where to start with how amazing the staff is at this venue. I had my engagement party, and from the day i booked, until the day it happened, the support was phenomenal, especially from Denise, George, and Eliana. They were very detailed and organized, and let nothing go wrong. My cake got ruined from the baker, and i thought everything was going to go south. George fixed my cake problem too. Denise made sure everything was in order before the big day. Eliana the bridal assistant never left my side and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m beyond satisfied with everything, and the venue itself is the most gorgeous place. Thank you to the staff for making my party perfect!

What an incredible experience we had for our wedding day on 10/07/23. Florentine Gardens was first and ONLY venue we saw during wedding planning. That speaks volumes about the service and venue at first impression. No need to even look at other venues! I was sold the first day. 10/10 for everyone and everything! From Jason, Sal Travis, Tony Gia, Monica, George, and more! The food was delicious, venue is stunning, BUT the service is unlike any other! It exceeded all of my expectations and I am blown away. I have been to several weddings and there is truly no place comparable to Florentine Gardens. My guests cannot get over how amazing their experience was. Unforgettable to say the least. Jason- provided the smoothest process throughout the year. I remember he told me that all I had to do was just show up for the wedding day and everything else would be taken care of. That is literally what I did, and EVERYTHING was taken care of!! He is incredible and top of everything! DJ Tony- Tony got everyone on that dance floor! It was truly unbelievable experience. People that I never seen dance in my life, danced that day and got on the floor! Its true what they say.. if no one is on the dance floor, the DJ isnt right. The guests partied and had an amazing time! Thank you! Monica- She is much appreciated and needed more than I could have imagined. I dont know what my bridesmaids and I would have done without her! Sal- It was an amazing experience and and I am thankful for him encouraging me to upgrade on a few things. Everything turned out great and well worth it!
