After a long search we found this place for my college and graduate kids to move into in the fall and have had to view and choose a place without touring in person. Haley has been fabulous to work with- quick to respond, thorough explanations, and answering my million little questions. Courtni also helped me one day and was just as lovely and helpful-she worked with us to make sure we had what would suit us best for leasing. Although we haven’t seen the place in person, the great reviews as well as the top-notch professional and helpful staff makes us all excited for their move! EDIT- Kids have moved in and love the place! They feel very safe there and the staff have been very helpful. They have used the workout room and pool, and receiving packages has been easy. Wonderful place!

The onset and customer experience was a 5. Miss Haley was great. The reason im giving a 3 is because of some issues with the unit. The tub drainage seems clogged. We have to wait overnight to get it to dry up. And the sink kept accumulating rust even after polish. The underneath side was all rust, it seems that rust has already penetrated the above surface. I know the drain can be fixed thru maintenance since its a common issue. But i also hope they can do something about the kitchen sink.

I have not become a resident yet! But as someone who has lived in and toured DOZENS of apartments in Tallahassee George and his team are some of the most welcoming and amazing people I have ever encountered in any leasing office. Not only is the property clean and spacious, the spacing of the units and how they are set up are amazing compared to others I’ve lived in! The moment I visited the property I was in love and I can’t wait to call this place my home.

Ever since i filled out an application, they have been very helpful and patience with me. By moving to a new state, I thought I wouldn’t have a home to come to but they have made my move very easy. So, far everything seems good and it’s peaceful out here. The Enclave is the place to be.

Great place to live, the staff is always very helpful and willing to work with you. Maintenance is always there to fix any problem in a fast and efficient manner. Not only done quickly but done accurately and most of all respectfully. The grounds are always picked up and looking beautiful same goes for the pool area. Front office personnel do all kinds of fun activities to keep us involved from fun pool parties, to awsome surprise breakfasts and lunches, they are friendly and ready to tackle any problem with enthusiasm. They have always worked hard to ensure my family was treat fairly. Absolutely love living here. Big shout out to the Foreman and property manager for running this property perfectly.

Lived here for a year. Maintenance is great. Front desk is friendly. 4/5 stars because the dog park is gross. People do not pick up after their dogs.

This is a beautiful apartment complex. The grounds are well-kept and it appears progress is ongoing. The units are spacious and clean. I know I will enjoy my new home there.

I just moved in a week ago and so far I'm loving it here. The apartment is nice, the building is nice, and the office staff are friendly. I couldn't be any happier.
