The Ellison - Apartment building in Kennesaw - 1650 N Roberts Rd, USA

This place was so nice when my family first moved here. But since the manager Megan left last May it’s been a dumpster fire with the remaining management and their new managers 1) if you call the office (for anything) they DO NOT ANSWER. If you go into the office they are doing absolutely nothing but they don’t answer calls. 2)They fixed the elevator inspections (took a year and a half) now another issue has occurred the “Fire Alarm” box has been malfunctioning for the last 2 weeks! It gives SUCH A LOUD BEEP loud BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. My friend lives on the first floor and has to hear the loud unpleasant beeping and they haven’t fixed it although I complained multiple times 3) Management constantly deflects (especially Kiana) when residents have an issue that needs to be resolved or need help.Kiana never has an answer she always has to”email” someone else when their is an issue. That’s her way of getting you to leave the office and continue to do nothing all day. If she says she will call you back, she will not. She never can help or solve anything. Management does not keep the facility clean either. Filthy hallways, elevator, and gym. Dog waste is a major problem here. The one manager(blonde woman )is actually really kind and she is sweet. 4)There are no breed restrictions. Almost everyone here has a pitbull or an enormous dog(no exaggeration) they barely clean up behind their dogs. Someone’s dog keeps vomiting around the community and no one cleans it up. Management can’t be reached by phone to have it cleaned up it’s been there for days. That is hazardous ☢️ to have dog vomit and waste just marinating in the community. 5)Hallways are not cleaned, but they spot clean the elevator but that’s about it. 6)This place looks nice it has great ambiance but management will be the downfall to this place. 7)they leave your packages outside of the lockers they charge us for! Staff and residents have sticky fingers. 8) The gym always has zero wipes to clean the equipment and gym items are either broken or dirty. The lightbulbs in the gym are partially out, I told staff and they did nothing about it. This property is something else To address the response by management below. I use the name I identify with and not my birth name online. I don’t see the need to email you if you see with the photos provided that your hallways, baseboards, welcome mats and everywhere else have been not cleaned for months! Please clean the hallways. How is this luxury living with unkept halls, dog waste problems, and managers that can’t help with anything?

This was an excellent place to live,but its definitely not meeting expectation. From no commutation with the office by emailing or walking in. To neighbors who don't abide by the noise or smoking rules. Things use to be so much better. I have lived here for 3 years. This only started happening this past year.

Let me start by saying the Ellison has one of the best staff teams I’ve seen. I personally worked with Kiana and Bobby who made the application and move-in process a breeze. The whole staff team is friendly, helpful, and make sure they go out of their way to give you a hand! The apartment complex itself is clean, well organized, and has great amenities. It’s secure, with gates and fobs to get in anywhere besides the front office. The location is ideal, just minutes away from pretty much every restaurant and grocery store you can think of! i cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve lived in apartments for over 6 years and this is by far my favorite. Ellison does an amazing job with landscaping and keeping their property and amenities clean. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, neighbors are friendly, and the leasing staff are so nice. If you’re looking for Dunwoody luxury at a reasonable price check out the Ellison.

I love living at the Ellison! Every employee here is always on top of everything espically the general manager Anna. She was super sweet and helpful towards anything I needed! Also this place is 10/10 for cleanliness and friendliness. I definitely recommend!!!

Went in for a tour this week and WOW. I walked in to two very kind employees greeting me in the office. Kiana Smith was amazing the entire time & I was so impressed with her knowledge and kindness through the entire process. It can be overwhelming to apartment hunt but she really made my experience fun & light. The apartments and all of the amenities (yes, there are a ton) were exceptionally kept up & filled with beautiful upgrades. Anyone would be lucky to live in such an incredible place

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kiana is a gem! From the very second of meeting Kiana was genuine, helpful, fair, and knowledgable about what she can and cannot accommodate and what Ellison had to offer. She went above and beyond to explain the Ellison experience. Which I now found to be worth every penny. I must say they are very fairly priced compared to other housing options nearby. Kiana has since called and checked on how my family is settling in, and even opened a needed work-order on my behalf. That is Concierge at its best! Kiana is divinely sent! I am thankful for my beautiful place.

I had the greatest experience when i visited the Elliston it was immaculate! Beautiful and clean apartments and the staff was so friendly and they welcome you with nothing but smiles ! Kiana Smith was amazing while giving me the tour any questions or concerns i had about anything she answered as quick and polite as possible and i loved her professionalism and hospitality i will most definitely be back! Thank you Kiana!!!!
