Clearly all of the reviews being left here are from bots/spam. This place was awful. We lived here for 6 years and it was great when we first moved in. They were never any issues. New ownership took over this year and the place went downhill. Kitchen appliances and washers and dryers were left in the parking lot for MONTHS. The dumpsters were constantly being overfilled from the maintenance workers dumping things there. A burned car was in the parking lot for weeks with no acknowledgement from management. When it was finally moved the big pile of ash remained there with no one bothering to clean it up. Within 4 months we got FIVE flat tires from maintenance works leaving nails and screws in the parking lot and not bothering to clean up after themselves. We when we asked them to please clean up the area when they're done working, they absolutely refused to accept responsibility. We weren't even asking them to compensate us for the flat tires. The girl in the leasing office has such a bad attitude and dismissed us. Willie, the supposedly great worker all the bots love, physically and verbally threatened a resident and the office did nothing about it. This place is terrible now and I do not recommend anyone rent here. You're better off somewhere else. Edit: please notice how management is also only responding to the "good" reviews from the bots. They really do not care about their actual residents.
Let me thoroughly explain why living here would be a horrible idea. I’ve lived here for 6 years, and the new owners (as of 4 months ago) have left me no choice but to leave. This isn’t based on just my experience, but reflects multiple conversations I’ve had with my neighbors and the overall state of the grounds. The new ownership does not care - not about the property, not about communication, and most of all, not about you. When they first took over, the grounds quickly went into disarray. I’ve had to replace two tires due to punctures and have had three additional tire leaks. The office has completely ignored every request I’ve made to clean up the covered (paid for) driveway and to stop using spare parking spots for their old appliances. They didn’t even tell me they were working on it or had intent for it to be better. I am not exaggerating when I say they ignored my several attempts at cooperation completely. No offer to deduct the cost from rent, no attempt at cleaning the grounds, and no communication at all. Even in person, they simply say Billy (supposedly the property manager) needs to be the one to handle anything. But I’m not sure that person actually exists. Or if he does, he makes himself completely unavailable. Even when someone from corporate reached out to see if I had feedback, and I responded that I’ve actually had some negative experiences, they simply didn’t reply. Aside from my popped tires, I’ve also experienced: Brown water Unannounced water outages Unannounced power outages Trash overflowing the dumpsters for weeks at a time The entire property is covered in trash, old appliances, and ripped out counters Pungent odor Childish maintenance staff Unprofessional leasing and management staff The issues with the property would all be understandable for a place in renovation if management gave the slightest modicum of respect to its tenets. But they don’t. I have been nothing but patient. I’ve attached a number of pictures. If you’re reading reviews, it’s because you’re looking for red flags. Well here it is. These people are slumlords. Update: The maintenance person, “Willy” threatened to assault me. The management refused to acknowledge it, saying “they weren’t there”. This is not only unprofessional, it’s criminal.
Love the team here I’ve never had a problem with anything. Jack is new here and has been on top of everything when we see him he’s never on his phone and always is hard working. My kids love the basketball court and the volleyball court as well.
+ As a response to your reply: That is so interesting, because I just heard from the pest control company yesterday that they found dozens of roaches in our upstairs neighbor's place. Seriously, you cannot ignore this problem like this for forever. ----- I've lived here for 2 months, and we are now trying to move out. The building is roach infested... One of our neighbors told me about this roach infestation on the day we moved in. It's a long-standing problem in the entire building. We kept everything clean, but we still see 5-10 roaches everyday, even in my bedroom. The management kept telling us to give more time for the last 2 months, and at one point they did not believe us. When we showed 40+ pics and videos of roaches and eggs, the staff said we have a "problem" but that's not an "infestation." They said the pictures cannot be accurate evidence, so we are recording everything now. The real "manager" of the apartment doesn't communicate with their residents directly. It is annoying that the staffs have no decision making power and we always have to wait for their responses. To be fair, I don’t know about other buildings, but this building #600 has a severe roach infestation.
Very clean and beautiful property very great maintenance team. Jack always comes in handy on the work orders. We love the mini golf also has other sport activities there
I am fully convinced the people rating this place 5 stars are bots because this place is not even close to being worth 5 stars. I am going to keep this short and sweet withought going into to much but the apartment they show you vs what you actually get is nowhere near the same standards at this point I am at 29 work orders and counting after a little over a month of being here. My favorite fix so far that they have done is replacing my cracked window with a square piece of plastic. In their defense I have heard that the apt was recently taken over by new ownership, however, the new owner must be very greedy because he can not even approve a 50 dollar cleaning credit for the apt I moved into not being cleaned ( they say I should of gave them a chance to clean it but it was after buissness hours when I arrived here from CO and had no choice but to clean it myself then move in ). I will attach some pictures but their is tree limbs hanging over parking spots that have been their over a month, trees fallen (one laying in the entrance way partially) in plain sight that has not been removed, the dog park has no lights near it so if you work night shift and would like to take your dog to let him run for a bit you better take a flashlight, I personally found a key to someone else's apt laying in the grass (will be in the pictures submitted), and I can go on with alot more but for a apt that has similar pricing to the much much nicer Apts in the area they really suck. The ONLY reason I am giving this place two stars is because the manager and her team are very nice and do their best to get things done in a timely manner.
Walls are very thin and cheaply built apartment complex. Cant even sleep because i hear all of my neighbors get up, move around, and talk. They also pay to get 5 star reviews which is why there are barely any 2,3,or 4 stars and all the 5 stars look the same
Willie Salinas does an amazing job. He is always so kind, helpful and very friendly. He always goes up and beyond with everything and does it with a big smile on his face. He is always ready to help and answer any question, I am very pleased with willie!
