Worst place I’ve seen and stayed. Rooms were super dirty. The mattress and pillows(I cant inagine the smell😤🤢) Gross! This is not a perfect place to choose to stay if you are looking for a night stay while traveling or having other function. No trashcan, towels, tissues! Hole everywhere

Filthy rooms, And refuse to give refunds when refunds are due, took us 5 different trips to get a refund and they wanted us to come back even later for another trip. Ridiculous. A refund should be done when the refund is said to be done on the FIRST try. Not 5 different tries later.

This was most definitely by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. I was there just recently someone else booked this hotel for me, the room was filthy to put it nicely, we didn’t have a shower curtain the entire 3 days, we finally were given 2 towels after repeated attempts to get them from front desk, and i literally saw the front desk lady coming from the microtel across the road with the towels she gave me. We had mold above my bed, one of the windows had been broken and replaced with plywood, the door knob was broken and fell off every time u used it, and make matters worse there were cockroaches in our room. They charged entirely too much to stay at this dump. I wouldn’t stay there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend staying there to my worst enemy the only reason that it was given one star was because I couldn’t figure out a way to do less than that.

Absolute trash of a place to stay. If you don’t mind being stuck in the bathroom bc the door handle won’t turn, seeing dozens upon dozens of roaches, and the heater not heating the room? Then this is your place to stay!

The place is a dive. It is more of an apartment for displaced people than a motel. We were only to help someone with their car.

This is by fare the worst motel I have ever seen. Black mold all the way around the room, there was blood spattered all over the door on the inside. I took pictures for documentation. Went to the office after talking to one of the Maintenance workers and they told me to go talk to the owener at the micro motel next door, he was uncooperative and refused to help. I ask the worker at the eight street motel for me Compassated for my room or refounded and they refused to do either. The guy working in the office even Acknowledged and said that they knew there was mold in every room. Poor business unprofessional people charged me $280 for a mold infested room that recked of vomit also.

This place did not have any towels and or trash cans or toilet paper when we came in to our room. The staff was very rude and place has cockroaches in the rooms. I would not suggest to anyone it is actually cheap and horrible for the price u pay

Deplorable it was just awful very poor service. The microwave in my room didn't even heat , there was only one towel in my room I and when I asked to get more I never got them had asked for the flat-screen TV which was in the previous room I thought she said accidentally, and I never got it, I was only there for a few hours and I almost got sick in fact I had to leave. In all it was a complete nightmare , except for the nice people who came from the Rogers Christian Church who brought for everyone one barbecue chicken baked beans meal served with cuties and miniature chocolate chip cookies which by just a miracle I got the last meal they had to serve after all the people who lived there carried away by the stacks as many as they could possibly get as if it were going to be their last meal on earth & only just because it was a free meal some of those awful people wouldn't even let the nice Christian lady pray for them and one even said no I'm good who was also only interested in getting a free meal. Sad 😞
