The Edge Fitness Clubs - Gym in Plymouth Meeting - 500 W Germantown Pike, USA

The facility is clean, lots of cardio machines, free weights, open area, and they also have a women only section inside the women’s lockeroom. There is always a cleaning crew rotating and wiping equipments down though there will always be those muscle heads that don’t put their weights back. They also have a very pumped cycling classes in the morning for the intense people out there. They also have a daycare for parents that would like to workout without having to worry about their kiddos. For all early birds out there, they are never late in opening the gym in the early mornings. Locker rooms including showers are clean never had an issue with the running water in the shower. They offer personal training and will partner you up with a trainer that best fit your needs. I am not an easy client as I need to somewhat hate the trainer to get through the workout. Daniel and Courtney are the ones I work with and bless them for putting up with me and my attitude. They listened to my workout history, physical limitations, and medical issues then tailored my workouts around those concerns. They know exactly when to push me and has a lot of patience in ensuring that I have the right form. They are very capable as trainers and would recommend them to anyone.

I m so glad I made the switch from the other gym to the Edge. The Edge got it going on! With high tech machine. The space is big. The female bathroom is like being in a fancy Spa .There are plenty of treadmills, stairclimbers , station bikes and so much more. You will not be disappointed at the Edge!

I’ve been a member here for a year…, Equipment is broken for such extended long periods of time. So much so that I bring my own equipment half the time. Now they don’t let you access the Cycling studio and you have to use their broken bikes in the main area with no rationale… You literally ask please can you open it until you fix the bikes and they’re like… sorry.

I came in today stressed out trying to switch/cancel my membership with another Edge until Ely came to save the day. Not only did help me set up my new membership. He turned my bad day around with one single interaction. He's professional, polite, patient, and really cares about his members. He’s no short of a hero! I can’t wait to start working out at Plymouth Meetings Edge!

My experience in other Edge centers wasn't great. I went to Plymouth Meeting's Edge and Ely was professional, knowledgeable and really understood what I was looking for in a fitness center. Angelina and rest of the staff was very nice and after my tour and 2 complementary visits I joined. I'm getting fit and enjoying a great service and environment...fully recommended.

This is the worst gym ever they have you in a deathrow contract its impossible to get out i was unaware that im in a year membership from my understanding i thought i can cancel at anytime so i signed up my boyfriend and myself in which he is my ex now but my bank info is on his account so they wont stop it. I just recently loss my job sent them a letter stating that but they said since i left voluntarily its not a financial hardship so i still have to pay. I dont know what to do they are about to take the membership fees plus an extra $100 out my account on the 1st for the annual fee. How do i get in contact with corporate.

I will start by saying THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to Jake, Troyce & Zach!! I honestly can't say thank you enough. I just happened to be walking past the Edge Fitness Club at the Plymouth Meeting Mall & Jake approached me, offering a 3 day trial to which I accepted. I decided to go in a short while after to utilize the club. Jake again went above and beyond and gave me a tour around the facility and was extremely knowledgeable and professional! So when I was done & had exited the club, I received a call from Zach stating that Jake had shared with him what he & I spoke about concerning my situation. They invited me back into the Club & offered me a 24 month membership to help me get back on my feet. I had a severe car accident in August where I broke my neck which resulted in me loosing my job, my car, my apartment & left me homeless with no income. Troyce sat with me and got me registered, all the while all 3 of them were more than welcoming they were simply & genuinely willing to help "Me" get back on my feet so I can again get back to work & provide for my wife & kids. THANK YOU!! The world needs more good people like Jake,Troyce & Zach. 🙏🏻💯

I recently moved to the area and was considering my options for gyms near me. After seeing the facility and what it has to offer, I’m looking forward to working out here. The gentleman, Kyle, at the front desk answered all questions i had and made a delicious shake!
