Expected more food choices on the menu. Was a type of basic food kinda good. Cocktails tasted like too syrup / no liquor in it at all
Deliciousness. Some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. Burger was great! Fish and chips was especially tasty with the house made hot sauce. Buy a bottle!
I've been to the Eddy probably 8-10 times now and I've had varying experiences, most ranging from neutral to good. Today we got take out since we live very close, I got the previously excellent chicken sandwich only to open it up when I got home to find out it has been severely over fried and it tastes really burnt. My wife got the smash burger which she reported as excellent.
Amazing food and even more amazing service! Highly recommend the pimento fries and fresh catch (though everything our group of 5 had was excellent).
This is a beautiful restaurant in a great location. I was so excited about it but left incredibly disappointed. I never write bad reviews but I am writing this one to let you know to choose somewhere else for dinner. The food here was awful and is overpriced for the quality you get. The coffee shop below is a great option. Go there instead.
Definitely worth the drive. Beautiful country along the way, super small little "town". Everything we had was fresh and delicious. Not pictured was the peach pie dessert with a side of vanilla ice cream--was out of this world!
I really do appreciate a good burger and The Eddy really did provide me with just that 🍔. The atmosphere was rustic with a variety of plants to make it even more homey. Service was fantastic with no wait time. They also support their local farms which is where they get all of their ingredients from. Well worth the stop!
Our first visit here and won’t be our last. I ordered the trout fish meal and it was very tasty. My husband had fish n chips, that was away! Crunchy batter and catfish so tasty inside. We are from the north and used to haddock in fishnchips. This was even tastier with catfish! Enjoyed it all!

Food is awesome, and being that I fly regularly to the San Francisco bay area of California I have pretty high standards for Asian food. Definitely a takeout place ⦠very bare amenities from a restaurant perspective - this is a fairly hidden gem
The natural park is a must! Recommended to me as an out of state visitor and it didn't disappoint! The trail was stroller accessible though not super easy. Port a potty in the parking lot was very useful. Outall beautiful park!
A shallow water river access, wade height across the whole Haw river here. Fun for all ages & a simple stone access down to the waters edge. There are also easy to walk trails, and a popular place to bring dogs on leash for exercise.
