What a phenomenal experience!! The food is absolutely amazing! The owner walks around making sure everything and everyone is ok! From the Tea's to the wraps to that magical pizza! It's all extra good and well worth the wait!! Peak times are a bit busy but the cooks and staff work diligently to push out the orders without compromise of flavor!!

We love this place! Their Egyptian style pizzas are amazing with so many options to choose from. You can even watch them make it from scratch! Don’t forget to try the sweet pies, the Nutella banana is our favorite. Definitely give this place a try! It’s a hidden gem in the college area.

This was easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was incredible, they just added a fresh juice bar that had amazing fresh juices, and the staff were friendly and seemed excited about their product. I had the pastrami pie, which we both liked the best, and for dessert I had the Alexandria. The owner came and talked to us for a while and was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back as often as I can.

What an amazing evening at The Dough Show in UniversityBoulevard. We got there at 8 pm and the place was packed, make sure you make your order by phone. As soon as you enter, there is the pie station and a beautiful oven. Their menu has Mediterranean food, with the pies being their main attraction. We had the cheese pie and the apple pie. It's definitely too much for 2, but it's completely worth it. The cheese pie had green peppers and onions, which made it very flavorful. The apple pie was sweet but not overwhelming. The dough was a little soft for the apple pie but also very tasty. For the drinks, we had sigar cane juice and virgin mojito, and both were delicious. We can't wait to try other things in the menu like the shawarma and meat pie. You need to try it as well. Kid friendly.

Food wise, it's great! The Good: We recommend the mix grill platter for 32.99, 3 of us were able to enjoy and be satisfied. The chicken bowl shawarma was a bit bland compared to the vibrant flavors of the bowl, but it was decent. BTW The children's chicken nuggets were delicious!! It was very crowded and there was a long line just to order, immediately we went into "be patient mode", we ordered our meal about 2:45, sat and just waited. The bad: This is where things started to go sour. After we ordered, It took about 30 minutes to get our food which was ok, however it took additional 80 minutes for our nutella pie to be ready (double the time we were told it would take when we placed the order), and my husband had to ask about it. I still wonder why did they tell us 40min?, I wouldn't have order that, because it was good but not worth the wait. It’s like crepes. It’s very sad because I was super excited to try this with my family. We all agreed that this wasn't for us, it's a long drive and our excitement just died because of the long wait. Consider this before ordering. We got here at 2:28pm and we're finally leaving at 4:15.

The Dough Show food was absolutely delicious! The unique pizza pie was uniquely a thin crusted top and bottom scrumptious pie. We shared two veggie pies and two shrimp pies. OMG! I couldn't finish my half grilled chicken dinner. The food was definitely good and plenty!

The Dough Show, an Egyptian bakery, stands out for its excellence, particularly in the realm of customer service. The staff's commitment to providing an amazing experience is evident from the moment you walk in. The owner, in particular, embodies genuine friendliness and ensures patrons' satisfaction throughout their visit. Moving on to the culinary offerings, The Dough Show impresses with its delicious and diverse menu. The shawarma, in particular, deserves special mention for its exceptional taste. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is a delightful complement to the gastronomic experience, creating a very pleasant setting for patrons to enjoy their meal.

Just had 2 pies, one sweet (Alexandria) and one savory (Mixed Schwarma) and they were both amazing. Their juices were fresh, and the owner was so friendly, giving us samples and just a treat. The only photo I took was after we devoured 1/2 the dessert pie..
