This place used to be more coordinated with their service, their choice in staff and the way this place was conducted. Honestly, now my family and I pretty much steer clear of this place. It's been downhill since the "front sink" incident. It gets pretty raunchy in this place. If you're looking to get WILD somewhere, this is definitely the place to do it. But if you want something sophisticated or more well behaved...good luck.
When i say 5 stars for food i mean DRINKS.. LOL, great vibe, great service. Love how this place is decked out, too. We were there for a car show and the bar was open at 8 am. Heck yeahh!!
Exactly what a Dive bar should be. They've done a great job at preserving the history of the area... the Bar top is filled with local memorabilia and the walls have photos dating over 100 years old. This history and beer so cold ice is on the bottle makes it the coolest museum around. Community driven and it shows. Locals names are in plaques on the bar railing and they even have the ashes of one of their loyal customers behind the bar. Third places are the heart of any community and dive bars are great examples of that. Great drinks, great service, great atmosphere.
We came for the Yo Yo Ma concert and the after party with the Louisville Orchestra and production staff. The Dive has a huge outdoor music venue and the band was Ahhhhhhhhmazing! The staff was great and the specialty cocktail menu for the night was on clever...The YoYo Margarita had lavender and fresh lime, not something you would expect from a dive bar. Inside was a DJ so we jumped back and forth all night. It felt like two bars in one. Can't believe something like this exists in this town.
All around the best In my whole area these people bring it every single day and night. The ladies that own this place are outstanding. They care about our town our community and they're constantly giving back. Whether you live in the area or you're just passing through you need to stop and check these folks out they do not disappoint they have great music perfect atmosphere and if you like to have a good time this is your spot
I love this bar and the atmosphere. This is a woman and family-owned bar. I send all my friends and our out-of-town guests there. It's a small dive bar with a cool vibe and charm. The people are great, and the drinks are what you would find in Nashville at a high bar or just grab a cold beer. You can't go wrong
Forever going to be a stop in Cave City, KY! A family-owned, woman-owned, community-oriented local bar that goes above and beyond to make the city better beyond just their doors. I love the heart that is in this place. They're motorcycle-friendly, really into motorsports in general - they even host Cars and Coffee meet-ups. Stop in if you enjoy great energy, drinks, and memories. You'll be sure to have plenty of that from The Dive!
Awesome staff, amazing people and atmosphere. Excellent beer selection and craft beers on tap with freezer mugs!!! An absolute MUST STOP @ DIVE BAR!
Great little hot dog stand in an old gas station. The inside dining is small but they have cleverly built large outdoor tables over the old pump islands. The jumbo dogs are jumbo and piled with toppings. There is a good selection of dogs along with
Great place to visit and see how our Planet beautiful is. Once you are there you have to take a tour and âdiveâ into the cave as well as its history. Itâs fabulous and amazing. After the tour you can buy local minerals or beautiful stones from
What a fun time!. We arrived in town to visit the caves and this was close to our hotel. We were greeted by a friendly staff and a server who I believe was named Irene and was super friendly and helpful. We ordered and in about 5 minutes, we got our
Such a neat little stop. A little bit of everything and great prices! I loved all the handwritten signs with little smily faces. The one above the bathroom is my favorite. We enjoyed talking to the gentleman and lady behind the counter. So much pride
A nice clean hotel. We came in October, and it's decorated with fall/Halloween decor, which is a cute touch. Our check-in staff (Jim) was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable. Close t
First of all, We were glad that a restaurant was open the Thanksgiving Day! The food (thanksgiving dinner) was great and the price was very reasonable.
