I have been living at The District for about 3 years now, and I have LOVED it. The location is fantastic and the units are very nice. Steven in the office is always a big help, but all of the staff is very nice and friendly! The maintenance team is professional and efficient! Love this place!

I’ve lived at the District for over 2 years, and it is by far my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. The facilities are kept nice and updated, the staff are responsive and helpful, and the community element is very strong. Whenever we have had minor issues, we’ve had them handled by the team very quickly, and they are always willing to help however they can.
Good complex and management. Nice pool, great location, love the package delivery system, and Walgreens in the building is very convenient. My only real gripe is the noise from neighbors, and seemingly twice a week (for a new reason every time), the fire alarms go off for a couple hours. Incredibly disruptive for those of us that work from home and I’ve had to explain to dozens of people that I need to reschedule meetings so I can conduct them when I can hear. I’ll update this review if the issue is ever mitigated. Edit: on October 13th, it’s happened twice, the first time from 12:30 - 2:30, and now once more starting at 5PM
I recently submitted a maintenance work request, and the team responded promptly and efficiently. Julio and Jose fixed the issue with professionalism and courtesy. I was impressed with their quick response time and the quality of their work.
Jose came and fixed my fridge filter, my light switch, and my bathtub. We been waiting three weeks for someone to come in. When he came in originally for the fridge filter replacement, i told him about the other two problems that needed to be done and he helped and fixed it quickly without a problem. He's a kind man who gets the work done quick and efficient.
Came to The District to ask some questions and I was quickly welcomed by such an amazing staff, Angel was very informative and knowledgeable. Over all very pleasant experience and looking forward to potentially moving in.
