A lovely afternoon walk on the water trail. A well maintained trail allowing a leisurely stroll around the lake. Gates lock at 5pm

One of the best spots you could hike 3/4 mile and bird watch they have several events coming up canoeing, rock climbing. Matthew was a great guide help my kids with all their questions 10 stars if available

Wonderful wildlife learning center! There's a beautiful lake where you can go canoeing along with other great outdoor fun!

I absolutely love the discovery center! Being as though I am from neighborhood and also on the CEC committee here! The center has been extremely amazing and helpful from personal to business and academic 💙

Very disappointed. The Discovery Center itself was nice, but very small. Some nice views from the center, but I had higher expectations for the trail. The trail still has a fence and barbed wire separating you from the reservoir. Since you can't approach the reservoir, trees block any possible view of the water or seeing water fowl on the reservoir most of the time. The boardwalk over the water was closed. Only pro was that the staff member was very nice and they had a dove my young son could look at and pet.

The only issue I have is the distance between the center and the parking lot for handicap visitors. If arrangements are available, they need to be made known to visitors. Also, if having an event in the meeting space, people who work there need to respect the space being used before entering a room. I know its not always controllable, but checking before entering is important. It's a beautiful site though. I enjoyed my short visit.
