The Denton - Apartment complex in Kansas City - 5951 NW 63rd Terrace, USA

Rented here for two years, and it was a fantastic experience. From the leasing office (Matthew, Mikala, Morgan, and Quinton- you guys rock!) to the great neighbors watching out for each other. The maintenance team here is also par to none, with their timeliness and efficiency to fix all of the usual problems that come with apartment upkeep. The bottom line is if you're looking for a nice, spacious, quiet apartment with all the amenities you could ask for in a great neighborhood- look no further.

I have been pleased with my move into the Denton. Having moved from my home of many years into an apartment was challenging with some difficulties. Matthew Salamon has been helpful and kind while assisting me with issues so new to me. Both Matthew and Morgan have consistently gone above and beyond to get resolutions with the getting set up on the website, bringing in movers, and delivering mail. I am grateful for their knowledge and willingness to help.

Maggie was an amazing Lease Agent! I dropped in, unannounced, and she helped generously to get me a tour. She made the entire process comfortable from start to finish. I was signed up in less than 24 hours to hold a unit I was interested in. She has also kept us in the loop throughout the process! I highly recommend Denton, and I’m looking forward to living in the new community.

Just moved in this last Friday. 11/10. The Denton is an amazing living experience. Maggie was my leasing agent and she did an excellent job throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend using her for your new home.

My boyfriend and I needed to find a place quickly and MiKala Shields was very helpful with doing so. She made everything very easy and non stressful for us. We were even able to move into our apartment after 2 days of just putting in our application.

Something has got to happen with rental housing costs in this city. Last year, they wanted to raise my rent $200/mo. This year, they're raising it $145/mo. It is a nice community, but I am now going to be paying almost $1400/mo to live in a place where there have been multiple cars stolen, lots of cars broken into, all garages in at least 2 buildings broken into, and a gun fired into the air on the property -- just in the last year. That's over a 40% increase from when I moved into what was a quiet, safe community. There are cheaper, just-as-nice communities nearby, but after the cost of moving it's not enough to make a difference, and property management companies in town all know it. Renters are getting destroyed.
