The Delafield Hotel - Hotel in Delafield - 415 Genesee Street, USA

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was huge and the shower in the bathroom was amazing!!!! Cannot wait to go back. This is a well run and well maintained property. Nice job!

We were in town for a wedding at the Delafield. Our room was The Classic Suite. Beautiful large room with a huge bathroom, soaking tub and walk in shower. The king bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and well cared for. The walls, carpets and furniture did not look all old and beat up like to many places that I have stayed. The in room coffee maker was the only complimentary item in the room. They had snacks and small liquor bottles in the room for a fee. Also the refrigerator was stocked for a price. The wedding planner connected to the hotel did a wonderful job. The reception was in the I.d restaurant connected to the hotel. The restaurant was very nice for a small 40 person wedding.

This hotel is so quaint and fabulous! Hubby and I stayed 4 nights, room classified as “Classic Suite”, Staff is exceptional, the room was exceptional! Very cozy and warm. The bed and pillows were perfect! The bathroom is huge! Love the 2 sink idea and plenty of space and shelves to put our personal items on. The shower with all the whistle and bells, rain shower, spray massager's, you didn’t want to turn off. Only regret is we didn’t have chance to eat in their restaurant, which is highly rated and use the guest pass to the health/exercise facilities. Location is perfect to real cool shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Lumber Inn for breakfast!

This hotel does not disappoint. The rooms are impeccably clean. The hotel even smells lovely as you walk through halls. The decor is very relaxing and inviting. We have stayed here before and wanted a reason to come back so we celebrated another anniversary here. The restaurant is very fun and creative. We love trying new things. We will be back!

The stay was alright over all. We got in room massages and were surprised by an additional 21% service charge on top of tip that was not disclosed prior to the service. So expect to add 40%+ to whatever the rates are posted on the website. The bed was a bit tough and on a spring. It was ok, not the best. And there was constant loud movement from the space below us (like slamming car doors) so if you have trouble sleeping already, not the best experience. The overall look of the room was nice though. The bathroom didn't really have a fan, but it seemed like things dried fast enough. The channels you get on the tv are only basic. They only leave you one small shelf in the fridge to use, the rest is mini bar stock. Speaking of, a few days after check out, we were charged a mystery $2.10. When I called about it, they said it was for a missing snickers. My husband and I had our own snacks and didn't touch the mini bar, so that was news to me. Front desk sounded like they didn't believe me but the guy refunded the charge so we're good. But it definitely makes me reluctant to go back.

Very nice hotel, with a great wheelchair-accessible shower, in a perfect location. Convenient (2-3 minute walk) to downtown Delafield IN. Huge rooms with very nice mattress, pillows, linens & furniture (sofas etc). The automated coffee machine in the lobby makes a nice mocha too! A+A+A+

We stayed here to be close to friends and family for a funeral and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. We walked in and were immediately in love. The hotel feels like a pricy boutique hotel in NYC without the foot traffic making everything feel dingy. Everything was immaculate. The standard room was quite large with a large romantic tub and a shower sure to ease you out of any travel woes you may have encountered. I will absolutely stay here again next chance I get!

We are so happy we chose the Delafield Hotel for our wedding reception! The Cushing’s room was perfect for our small intimate wedding. The hotel is beautiful and charming and great for wedding photos. The Geronimo Hospitality Group was excellent to work with. The event manager Kameron met with us several times beforehand to make sure our day was planned exactly like we wanted. She was attentive and quick to respond to emails. We are very grateful for everyone that we worked with and would rate the entire wedding experience from booking, to planning, and day of as 10/10!
