The Deck at Island Gardens - Restaurant in Miami - 888 Mac Arthur Cswy, USA

We've been there twice. This second time, just the two of us for my birthday celebration. When making the reservation, I was asked what the occasion was and if it was a birthday celebration, which I confirmed. We ordered two drinks, one From St Barth's with Love, which was tasteless. The food was OK. The service? We had three different servers. The food was delivered in the middle of the table, not in front of each of us. When ordering the desserts, my wife needed to ask for a candle. The question about the kind of celebration seemed "out of curiosity." The place is beautiful. The first time we were there, the atmosphere was amazing, now... not much. It was a Thursday so you can imagine some activity, but seems that it lost its touch.

It's me, the one who only gives good reviews when I have a great experience. This restaurant is a MUST if you're visiting Miami!! We had such an wonderful time! Great food, great DJs, and AWESOME entertainment. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed 😊 🙏🏿.

AMAZING. One of the best restaurants in Miami !!! Prices are great, ambiance is perfect, the food is just another level, and service was 10/10. Will be back for sure!!!!

I recently dined at The Deck at Island Garden and had a decent experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was good but nothing particularly special. Unfortunately, the cocktails were a bit underwhelming and didn't quite live up to expectations. On the bright side, the music was great and added to the ambiance of the restaurant. One thing to note is that they take reservations seriously, so don't be late if you have one. Overall, a decent experience but not necessarily a standout among the many dining options in Miami. My favorite was the dessert.

Came here with my sister for a fun dinner on a Saturday night. It's greats for some food and entertainment if you want a good vibe and good music while you eat. Our server Gabriel was so nice and fun and very accommodating!!

The atmosphere and views here are beautiful. It’s on the marina, yachts everywhere, beautiful lights everywhere, gives a New York vibe. The food here was good too, we ordered 3 pizzas((2)truffle oil pizzas and (1) Margherita pizza, 2 salads, 1 tuna tartare, 6 lychee martinis and 1 coffee. Total bill came out to $365. The food overall rating is give is 8.5/10 however as for the price, IMO it is expensive. We went on a Friday night and it was a quiet night, surprisingly. Oh and the music here is great!!! Our server was great too, a young guy but didn’t catch his name- he provided efficient service. Definitely check this place out at least once while in Miami.

The Deck at Island Gardens is not only a great venue, with delicious food and drinks; but it offer a lot more! but I will share a different view: I had the opportunity to participate in a couple of events in this location and this is definitely a great location for special public and private events. The beautiful marina, bay and downtime views provide an amazing feeling and create an atmosphere, very difficult to replicate anywhere else. 100% recommended 👍

Overall we enjoyed our visit to The Deck. However,our initial impression was not that great. We walked up to the hostess to check in and were immediately told we have two hours at our table. This made the overall experience feel rushed. The food was prepared well and presented nicely, but small portions. The cocktails were perfect- good variety and presented nicely. The ambiance is perfect. Overlooking a marina with beautiful yachts, live dj and nice decor. Great for taking pics. The service was great - attentive and friendly. Jennifer was our server. We were disappointed that our Baked Alaska was not flambeed at our table as stated on the menu. But acknowledging our anniversary was a nice touch!
