Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location and had free street parking from 7pm-8am. Excellent service from the front desk to the servers to the maintenence man who closes up the pool. The hot tub is open until 10pm and seemed clean. Prices are reasonable. We extended our stay another night.

The valet parking is SO helpful in that busy part of the city. The valet personnel are so helpful as well! Amazing service. The rooms are big and clean. The room service is prompt, professional and friendly. I feel their menu for their restaurant could use more options. Maybe they have a bigger menu if you dine there, I just used the room service menu to look at. Very quiet rooms, LOVE that! The only issue I had was the animal waste area. It was located outside across the street on the other side of the building. I get that we shouldn't have it in front of a nice hotel but it gets soaked from the rain and the receptacle has a muddy puddle you have to step into in order to throw it away. The paper you sign says that they provide baggies and a receptacle. Well, there were no bags. So I didn't bring min because I signed a paper saying those thing would be provided. I told the front desk. Hours later, still no bags. I started bringing my own. Even in the morning, still no bags. People will leave their dogs waste if there is no bag to pick it up and if they are under the assumption that a bag will be provided... I let the front desk know in the morning that there were still no bags. I hope they've replenished them by now. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! 🙏

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Beautiful rooms, clean lobby, excellent service. Really good food and service at the restaurant and bar. Kind staff throughout the hotel from concierge, to server, to housekeeping, to valet. Very accommodating! They went above and beyond, and I can’t wait to come back next time I am in Spokane.

We stayed here for one night before flying home. The hotel was lovely, rooms comfortable and roomy enough, and the food at dinner and breakfast was great. But it was the staff who made this hotel stand out. From the servers to the front desk everyone was so pleasant. I thought I had a problem with our room (long story, but I was totally wrong), and the front desk staff were very helpful. Braxton in particular was responsive and professional - everything management would hope their staff would be - and even delayed leaving for the day to ensure my “issue” was solved. Thank you for providing such a pleasant conclusion to our trip!!

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. My room had dirty clothing from the previous visitor in one of the drawers, and the hotel staff did not remove even when asked to do so. We also asked for additional towels, but they were never delivered; hence the 3-stars. The hotel itself is inviting, clean, very pleasant to all the senses, and very family friendly. Unfortunately, my check-out experience was not so pleasant. The waiter I had was rude to me when I ordered breakfast. The check-out staff were not friendly and disliked my asking about the added charges to my bill. BEWARE that Spokane charges you an additional tourism fee just to stay in the area. Now, about the area... the corner that the actual hotel is on is fine; however, the homeless people doing drugs about half a block away was very disturbing, and the human feces at the edge of the building was disgusting and sickening. If Spokane is going to charge extraordinary tourism fees, they need to start cleaning the area up a bit. Overall, while the beds were quite comfortable, the food was excellent, but the service and foul area caused a loss of stars from this reviewer. Do better downtown Spokane & management staff.

Definitely a unique hotel. The lobby is themed in a very safari like decor with numerous items themed, however they did not overdo it and it was done very tastefully.|The check-in process was very quick, and the agent was eager to help with any information we needed regarding either the hotel or Spokane itself. Bonvoy Titanium status was recognized, and we were upgraded to a honeymoon suite on the corner of the 17th floor. We were also provided with information on the self-parking and traffic suggestions since the next day a 3-on-3 basketball tournament would have most downtown streets closed or affected by closures.|The suite was roomy with a hot tub near the center of the room as well as a double-shower and a double vanity sink. A comfortable king bed was in the room for sleeping as well as a wet bar area with fridge/microwave/coffeemaker. A TV and fireplace were available as well as two chaise type lounges for watching TV or relaxing.|We did have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The Marriott Bonvoy benefit covered either the continental breakfast or $14 off a menu item which was generous considering the menu items we usually between $13-17. We had the french toast and an omelet with both being above average.|Overall, would definitely come back to the tower if my travels bring me through Spokane again.

Hard won five star review for a costly hotel, but our favourite Spokane stay for decades. The location is outstanding, and overall wacky African motif, spacious rooms, amazing staff ( this is why we come back, they treat us like gold). As non Marriott points collectors we have been sent to the rear facing rooms and awarded amazingly valuable coupons for wine, food and bike rentals as compensation:)As I have stated: bizarre. While I am a fan of the Historic Davenport, the tower is actually a very fun and well constructed stay. We love being sent to the top stories, watching the trains ( huge shunting yard) the top-notch air conditioning is dialled in with great showers. Of course we will be back, this is that type of place you laugh and relax over years, with crazy elephants keeping the corporate fiends in fear because everyone is having so much fun!

My wife and I stayed here for one night while seeing a concert. We were traveling with another couple who had their own room as well. The hotel is walking distance to several concert venues, great location. We all loved the room, super comfortable bed, and walk-in showers. Very clean and and the check-in was quick. Valet was efficient and nice guys. The only problem was service in the bar in the evening was insufficient/slow. Breakfast was even worse, unexceptable, agonizingly slow to where I had to extend my checkout. Stay here but find another place to eat or drink.
