The DAM House - Bar in Lexington - 1830 N Lake Dr, USA

This was a wonderful find on a Saturday afternoon! Every weekend they have a different food on vendor. I love "Mary's Arepas" food, they are normally at the Soda City Market on the Saturdays. Check them out on FB to follow weekly locations. Arepa's are a type of food made of ground maize dough, originating from the northern region of South America in pre-Columbian times, and is notable in the cuisines of Colombia and Venezuela. I had the chicken Arepa with onions, tomatoes sauce and its was Delish!!!! I would order two, you will want a extra to take home for sure. The customer service at THE DAM House was professional, the owner was really nice and explained to me what they offer. They are open Thurs, Fri, Sat. Located right off the Hwy going toward Lake Murray, easy find. They have food, outdoor tables music, and a bar of course! Plenty of free parking. Great place to have a hang out, listen to music and chill! Yes I highly recommend everyone check them out. And it gives you a chance to try out a new food truck.

I went there because of the Pearlz wings and things food truck and they welcomed us to eat inside. A band was setting up outside on the patio for drums. The employees were very nice. The place had a rustic vibe.

There is way more to this place than I could tell at first glance. They have a huge beer selection and a number of different wines. There are some great outdoor spaces that I'm looking forward to seeing when it gets warmer. The staff was really friendly and fun to be around. There's no real food from The DAM House (unless you count bags of chips), but they have food trucks there regularly.

I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago, because on the weekends they invite different food trucks and or food vendors. It's just a relaxing and chill stop, just on the south side of the Lexington dam. Their conveniently located right on North Lake Road, and they have a private parking lot which can accommodate small and large vehicles. This is a hidden gem in Lexington and I'm positive that we will be back in near future.

Cool place! Great atmosphere and good selection of beer. They have an arcade and pinball machine, and board games which were a nice touch. Kid friendly, and great outdoor area with a tv projector. Service was fast and friendly, definitely will be back!

So much fun. Great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and a good selection of drinks. They have games too. We played Connect 4 and Jenga. I lost all three times, but it is a great place. We will definitely be back.

This quaint little spot is going to be my new hangout! It's so cozy and the owners and staff welcome you like family. The vibe feels as though you're in your own backyard having a beer with neighbors. I highly recommend it!

Awesome place near the lake Murray dam. Plenty of beer choices and they sell cigars from stoney Creek. Love that all the tables are in the sand and they've got Cornhole and a few other lawn games there as well. Great place for a date, to relax, or party, and bring the family. Wish there were food trucks there more often though
