The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth - Hotel in Fort Worth - 3300 Camp Bowie Blvd, USA

We stayed here the night we saw a concert at Dickies Arena. I was impressed by the pictures, but even more impressed when I walked into the hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous. It is modern and clean with a focus on amazing art. Every staff member that we ran across was eager to help us and made sure we had everything we needed. We Uber'd to the concert (too hot to walk!), but it was roughly a 15 minute walk back to the hotel and felt safe every step of the way. (You can walk through the arts district, so it's a lovely way to end the evening.) I will have no need to look for another hotel when we are staying in Ft. Worth again - this is it!

I have to brag on The Crescent Hotel for a minute. They gave us the best weekend stay we have ever experienced! Some highlights:||||-We arrived a bit late on Friday night, but had a seamless check in. When we got to the room, they had set up bottle service for Cara's birthday. We don't drink, but a nice touch nonetheless!||||- By 8:00 am the next morning, ALL the staff knew our names. The server at breakfast greeted us by name at our table and wished Cara a Happy Birthday. All the valets knew our name. Incredible!||||- We were able to walk to the Botanical Gardens. The Kimbell was literally outside the front door. The Stockyards were a 10 minute drive. Great location.||||- We went downstairs Saturday night to get the car to go to the show at Dickie's Arena. The valet told us, no, don't worry about that, we will have our driver take you! A blacked out, Secret Service style SUV gave us a private ride to the front steps of the arena. Pure class.||||- The food is extraordinary. Even the breakfast, which I ordered a very simple eggs/potato/sausage/toast plate was the best I have ever tasted, hands down.||||- They were so gracious in general. Easily the nicest staff I have ever met top to bottom. Every evening when I came in from walking our dog Early, they had a treat ready for him in the lobby!||||I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend The Crescent for your next Ft Worth weekend!

Service here is impeccable, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, management to the valet team. Speaking of valet, I want to say the Valet manager, Gordon, is always extremely polite and very professional. Every time I have visited the Crescent Gordon, as well as his staff, have gone above and beyond for me. Seeing as the Valet team is typically going to be the first representatives of the hotel that a guest interacts with, first impressions are crucial. Gordon and his team are always courteous, respectful, it is easy to see they enjoy their jobs and always strive for perfection from time I arrive until time I depart. They are also extremely prompt and quick when retrieving my vehicles. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Absolutely stunning 5 star hotel. Guest services were amazing, from the valet to the concierge. Beautiful, modern rooms. Restaurants (Emilia’s & Blue Room) phenomenal. My only regret is, it was we just a three day business trip! Will definitely come back with the Mrs.

I stayed at the hotel a few weeks back. I was there with a group that came in. This experience was second to none. The rooms were top notch and the service was exceptional. Only complaint was the valets. Completely disorganized, never around when I pulled back into the hotel. Although, Anthony was extremely helpful. |Ms. Shayla at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. She had the greatest smile and quite pleasant on the eyes. Very lovely. Kinda wanted to ask her out for a drink. Lol. |Ethan the bellman helped me out greatly throughout the week and even told me about some solid BBQ. I love this hotel. Very friendly, very beautiful. I found my new favorite place when I’m in town. See y’all around October.

The Crescant is amazing! Fort Worth needed a hotel like this. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. The beds are comfy and the bar is a fun place to mingle before going to dinner or a concert. The Canyon Ranch spa is a must visit. Top of the line equipment and great services.

I tried posting this as just a google review first but it seems to have gotten flagged for some reason. Most likely it was the hotel management or valets. It’s a shame because y’all have a great place. ||We popped in to have some brunch with the gals at the restaurant inside the hotel. I highly recommend it. Everything was so delicious and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s very art inspired and the white marble and gold accents really set it apart from the other hotels I’ve been to. It’s a shame we weren’t staying the night. I can only imagine how grand it must be.|My issue here is with the whole valet system they have going on. They are extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. We finally walked in and handed our keys to one of them, where he wrote us a ticket from inside the hotel. It’s a pain to get your car from them as well. It seemed like we waited forever for them to finally go get it. It didn’t really seem that busy but what do I know.|What I’m assuming to be the manager, judging from his slacks and nice shirt, tall black guy with dreads, is a bit mouthy and some of the thuggish valets clearly don’t know how to speak to a lady. Fairly certain I smelled pot smoke but anyways, lovely hotel, very tasty food and great customer service. |And their circle bar has great drinks.

We love the Crescent! This was my second time staying there and we were dropping off our daughter at TCU. The hotel is beautful and modern but comfortable and welcoming. All of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The bar is great for a drink or a bite to eat. We love the location to TCU and downtown. The Crescent is our go-to Fort Worth hotel moving forward. I highly recommend it!
