We ordered alcoholic drinks - Irish coffee and Italian coffee. Italian coffee has amaretto which I don't like. Both were really good. Italian is a bit less strong as compared to Irish coffee. We chose veggie melt and veggie breakfast crepes. Their pesto in the melt is a bit strong. The melt is more cheesy than veggie breakfast. We enjoyed both crepes. This place is highly recommended. The ambience is lively with grooving music and the staff is friendly.
Absolutely! This place has captivated me. The food, oh, it was a delight to the taste buds, and the ambiance was equally delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the combination of flavors tantalized my palate, and the overall atmosphere added a special charm to the experience. The culinary excellence and the welcoming environment combined to create a memorable visit that left me eager to return.
Love this place. A neat tweak on crepes to make it handheld. There were so many options I wanted to try. I elected to have the smoked salmon. It was very good. Wish I were here longer to try others……chicken, Cuban, Philly, etc. the staff were fantastic, super nice and helpful. The place is nice and clean on inside.
A very unique restaurant here in Fairbanks, AK. We were here twice during our Fairbanks visit and we had the Alaska Breakfast Crepe and the Nutella and Berries Crepe to eat. To drink, we had a Cappuccino and a black coffee. The crepes were terrific! I really loved the Alaska Breakfast Crepe since it has the Reindeer Sausage which is unique to Alaska. The Cappuccino was 0/5, absolutely bland and tasted more like hot water with diluted milk than anything else. The black coffee was good though. Service is good and the staff are readily available to get you any condiments or sauces you need. Oh, btw, one visit and your clothes smell like crepes for quite some time because of the open kitchen style here, so if you have plans after a visit to the Crepery, keep this in mind. I would have given 5/5 if it weren't for the bad cappuccino. Still highly recommended if you are in Fairbanks. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had Smoked Salmon Stuffed Avocado and Crab Melt Crepe. They both were great. It seemed to be a fun place. I can see that it could get crowded trying to get seats. In my opinion, if you are in Fairbanks, it is a must try.
The shop was clean and attractive, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. There was some confusion with our orders. The servers were very friendly and attentive and fixed the errors quickly. The food was delicious. Double check your orders if you have a large group. With that, I still highly recommend this place if you like crepes. They are worth it.
During my trip to Alaska, we came here to this local spot twice because it was so delicious and the food is heartwarming! The service here (including both those at the register and those serving the food) were always kind and attentive. They took our plates away when empty, and all of our crêpes came out piping hot! It was also cool to hear when a local mushing group stopped in to visit; they would know their orders right away and get to feeding them ASAP! The restaurant is cute with a café feel to it. It was decorated for Christmas when we were there! I got the smoked salmon crêpe and Cheesecake crêpe for my first visit. For my second visit I got the Pepperoni & Cheese crêpe, as well as the Nutella & Berries crêpe. All were absolutely DELICIOUS! My favourite has to be the Pepperoni and Cheese for savoury, and the Cheesecake crêpe for sweet. I also had their hot chocolate (which came in a beautiful mug decorated with whip cream, chocolate powder and 2 stirring sticks), as well as some lemonade. I’d absolutely love to come back and come here again to try even more of their crêpes (their menu is extensive!) next time we come back to Alaska!
Filling, loaded stuffing in crepes and a cup of hot chocolate with creme sums up for an excellent 👌🏻 meal on a cold afternoon. Quick service, cozy covers and jolly staff makes the crepery a bubbly space in Fairbanks downtown area. I ordered the crab melt crepe🦀 (I shall recommend this one over the smoked salmon crepe!), the folks ordered smoked salmon crepe and a hot chocolate. In the sweet option we ordered the creme brulee 😁 The open kitchen makes it fun to watch your crepe getting prepped. Enjoyed every bite!
Dropped in for a Saturday Class. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The gym was huge, clean and warm! The workout was sweaty, loved it! Highly recommend if you are visiting, super easy drop in process.
