Found this on a quick Google search. So much goodness! I didn't order a regular specialty milkshake, instead ordered a smaller "Lil Less Crazy" sundae. There was just SO MUCH. We were also thrilled that they had lactose free options. When you order a milkshake you get to keep the Mason jar it comes in. I couldn't eat it all, and probably wouldn't go all the time, but it's definitely a special, fun, treat!

Pretty good tasting milkshake. A little expensive but it does come with a lot of toppings if choose to go Crazy instead of Simple.

The store was very clean and the young lady working did a very nice job. The atmosphere was ice cream shop-ish and it was fun to see so many neat and crazy concoctions. The one thing I will say, it is not really for me. The price is higher than I'd like, but you do get a lot for it. And the flavors were pretty good as well, though not top of the line in my opinion. Likely we would not go back, but not due to the service or store. Just not our thing. It was a fun experience though.

Crazy Mason Milkshake is Crazy good specialty ice cream treat. They are a small chain (SC, NC, VA, TN) that is slowly expanding that presents premium dairy desserts utilizing Blue Bell brand ice cream. These premium desserts are a treat due to presentation and novelty more so than actual exquisite ingredients. I would probably not buy all of the individual components to make this at home, but could. Flavors were good, though not overly impressed with the waffle base of the sundae. All of the ice cream and flavor combinations were good and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We do anticipate returning to try some of the other flavor combinations. It was a treat to have the serving containers to take home, so I could see some looking to create personal collections. The signature Heart of Virginia has a very nice berry ice cream with a good tasting sugar cookie and apple slice. The No-Oreo-dinary Cheese Cake has a slice of cheese cake (not in house fresh) topping a cookies & cream shake. The But First, Coffee has a fairly fresh donut on a coffee shake. The Crazy Turtle Waffle is three scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce, pecans, and brownies. All very generous and delicious.

I love the concept and the fact that you get to take your mason jars home!! The shoppe was very clean and the staff are friendly, helpful. I also like the rinsing sinks, where you rinse your empty mason jars after you finish the shake!! Absolutely delicious...lots of sugary goodness...cake, cookies, whipped cream. The price is not standard for a "shake" but these are not your average shakes. We visited the Crazy Mason to celebrate my son's birthday. In my opinion since it is a little pricey, it's a great option for special occasions.

Wow! What creations! A little pricey, but you get to keep the jar. There is a sink to clean the jar so it isn't a sticky mess to carry home. We found it to be a fun adventure!

My husband and I stopped here last evening for a quick dessert. The banana split was phenomenal: everything from the ice cream to the toppings! I have a peanut allergy and the cashier made sure that the employee making our sundae changed her gloves and cleaned her workspace. We had a great experience here and can’t wait to come back and try more.

I'm so disappointed. I was expecting a dessert experience! The crazy shake is just a gimmick. You're paying for decorations. There's hardly any ice cream and they take so long to make that it's practically milk. We had to take ours home and put them in the freezer. There were only 2 other people ahead of us and we waited about 30 minutes for ours to be ready. There was only 1 employee making them and it takes a long time to decorate the outside of the jar, which is inedible. , unless you bring a knife to scrape it off.For half the price, you can go to other specialty ice cream shops and actually get ice cream. I suggest sticking to the plain dishes they offer without all the extras. 2 of the crazy shakes cost what a nice dinner for 2 costs.
