Needed parts for my Vermont Castings wood stove. Called Cozy Cabin and spoke with Tanya Carpenter. She was so very kind, polite and knowledgeable. She helped me find the exact pieces I needed from a schematic which she sent via email. Parts arrived as promised two day later. Assembled the new pieces and had a warm fire within a half hour. I was dubious about finding a burner assembly for a ~20 year old Majestic fireplace. I called these guys on a lark. Tessa was extremely helpful in my search.
