The Cove Motel (Former Irish Cove Motel) - Motel in Conneaut Lake - 11647 PA-618, USA

We came up from Pittsburgh on a Saturday and met a bunch of friends for dinner at Antonio's, the restaurant next door (it's true "foodie destination"). People in the know warned us that the (old) Irish Cove was a dive and that we'd do better elsewhere. But not having to drive after experiencing a great meal and libations has an intrinsic value. Turns out the hotel was GREAT!! We had six rooms in our group and every one was bright and clean, with excellent bedding, towels and supplies. Josie, the owner was pleasant and helpful and our stay couldn't have been better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! And if you stay here, be sure to eat next door!!

We rented 2 rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Really cute rooms. The bed was so comfortable, sheets and blankets, are soft and smelled so good!! Very clean bathroom and towels. Room has microwave, Keurig, refrigerator & cable TV. WI-FI works!! Under new ownership, new owners are very friendly and helpful! They put a lot of care into this Motel. Highly recommend!

Irish Cove Motel is a wonderful place to stay! The remodeled rooms look great and everything was very clean. The people are all very friendly and helpful, the Woman in charge especially! They even welcomed our 230 pound mastiff with no issues. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at The Cove for a weekend away with my wife. Was glad they had a pet-friendly room so we could bring our pup. Comfortable beds. Quiet and well-loved motel. Close to the lake. Plenty of parking.

Beautiful Air B&B! The area is gorgeous! Fantastic host, Joanna was very attentive and helpful! If in the area we will be back!

I had a good experience overall. The only problem was the shower pressure was low and the bathroom was a bit small. The room was modernized and it was beutiful. I like the idea of carpeting as I feel like home and its allot better than stepping onto a cold floor. The stay at Irish Cove is better than staying at the econolodge. The owners seemed nice and were attenative to our needs. I understand the remodling isnt complete and thats why I gave four out of five star rating. The price for the room per night is ideal considering the room was clean and partically remodled. The remodling of the room shows potential. :)

Motel was very nice and clean. I am very picky on where we stay , was a little nervous when we booked it. I know it was remodeled so figured would try it. Everything was very very clean and the owner is super helpful and nice. Anything we needed towels etc. she got promptly. As for the bed! Omg! So comfy, I wanted bring the bed home ! All bedding was very nice not cheap at all. Layers of cotton bedding. Best sleep I have gotten in awhile. Me and my family felt very safe there. They didn’t have ice machine and washer/dryer to use but that’s in time. They had new Kurdish in room. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Very reasonable price wise. There is a pond next door my son went fishing in. I had a shitzu dog with me she was allowed to stay in a dog friendly room. Which is the best so the whole family could go together. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars only because they have not got all things done. But defenitly would go back. Carol U
