Charming! We just spent two nights in the Marquesa room in the poolside cottage. This is one of the only times the photos from a website actually match the accommodations. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The balcony was an enjoyable spot to have morning coffee(or anniversary mimosas!). The inn’s location was perfect- a short 2 block walk to Duval Street, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. The ladies at the Inn were gracious and helpful. Breakfast was served by the pool and was the perfect amount to start the day. I can’t think of a better spot to enjoy Key West. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary and found this place to be much more enjoyable than we expected. We love staying at historic inns when we take trips, and this place may have been the nicest, most well kept that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The location is perfect, easy walking distance anywhere, and if you prefer to reach farther areas, they have bike rental for a fair price. The morning breakfast is served to you by the staff while you sit out on their relaxing pool area. It was very enjoyable every morning. The room we stayed in had its own private balcony overlooking Truman avenue. If you decide to book this inn, which I highly recommend, look into getting the veranda room. It was beautiful.

This is a very good guest house in KW. Rebecca and Carol were both lovely, and helpful for restaurant recommendations. The room is very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is bright, comfortable, and clean. There are porches and a pool to enjoy the fresh air. The house has bikes to rent (so convenient) and it’s well positioned in old town. It is located on a busy, charmless street; thankfully our room was quiet. Close to Duval street but not enough to hear revelers. What would earn five stars? Don’t charge for parking. Up the game on breakfast. Breakfast was simple and pleasant but consisted of three carbs (like a small quiche in a pastry cup, a muffin, AND banana bread) and a bit of fruit. Juice/coffee. It would be simple to replace a carb with a hard boiled egg, or a few slices of ham and cheese. Finally, many guest houses will do special things like leave cookies out, leave a baked good in your room or a chocolate on your pillow. Those personal touches are absent.

An upscale home from the 1800s converted into a charming B&B. Rooms are comfy and well-decorated. Friendly workers and an excellent location, 2 blocks from Duval Street. The Hemingway Home is a few minutes walk. (Though rent a bike or eBike while in Key West. This hotel has bikes to rent. I had an eBike delivered by another company, as stores oddly not allowed to rent bikes from their shops.) Not many guests during my visit so I had no problems parking in their lot (I think $8 extra per night). If full, parking could be a challenge. Breakfast was continental, likely because of few guests, though folks who stayed longer mentioned bacon on prior mornings. A good choice overall. Only downside for me was no ghosts.

Beautiful, quaint, and comfortable older home set up as an Inn right near the heart of Key West. Rooms were clean, cozy nicely equipped; as well as the whole setting. The breakfast served around the pool for our 2 mornings was delicious!! We even were offered mimosas along with juices, coffee and tea. The staff are all kind, welcoming and sweet! We totally enjoyed our stay!!

What a delightful stay! This is a beautifully maintained historical home. We liked that we could walk to almost anything but we weren’t in the midst of the Duval craziness! We first had the Veranda room which is gorgeous, but I sleep SO lightly and the street noise was too much for me. I mentioned this to Hilary the next morning at the (delicious!) breakfast, and before we’d finished our first mug of coffee, she’d moved us to the poolside Cabana room. Loved having the pool as our “backyard.” Met so many interesting guests, too. If you’re a light sleeper call before you book and have them assist you with room choice. The loveliest, most helpful folks work in this truly cozy home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Conch House. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and we felt welcomed by everyone we encountered. Kind of like visiting family:) Hillarie and Lynn were such sweethearts. ||We stayed in the Frangipani suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would mention is if you are a light sleeper to bring earplugs - traffic noise and the chickens can be a bit noisy. My husband had no problem, but I struggled to sleep soundly. Overall I would definitely return but maybe choose a different room at the back of the property.

The Conch House is a wonderful and charming B&B! We spent 3 nights there and we felt right at home. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the mimosas were such a nice addition. The location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Mallory square. If we go back to Key West, we will definitely be staying here again!
