I contacted him because with each passing day I was becoming more and more concerned about the amount of valuable information I had stored on my computer with NO backup! I was also pretty sure that the stock virus protection I was using wasn't really protecting me. Scott quickly helped me address both of those needs. We don't even live in the same state! Scott is truly knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He is fantastic at explaining, using a vocabulary that a non-techie like me can absorb. He explained options, never pushing to oversell anything. Fast, efficient, pleasant, smart. Great experience. I highly recommend.
