The Commons - Hotel in Seaside - 2135 S Roosevelt Dr, USA

This is a great place for a family stay. The communal play area and game room were a hit for the kids. The house and grounds were immaculate! The kitchen was decently stocked for use. Very pet friendly for no additional fees!! The only thing missing was a pool but, the beach was close and many other things made up for this! We will be back, a home away from home!

Great bang for the buck. Cannot beat the views nor can you beat the simplistic decor. Functional, yet elegant. These views will knock you socks off. Book a pond view for extra special bird viewing. Be mindful - it does appear to be a public trail that runs behind. However, the balconies do seem to all be enclosed for your loved ones and pets. This is a pet friendly resort. Kitchen is stocked with spices and the basics you could need! Don’t attempt to be Julia Child in this kitchen unless you are creative. Lots to do here and located south of town - which in my opinion is the right call. South Beach has a lot to offer - close to delicious breakfast burritos at Osprey Cafe, walking distance to the local hometown grocery store Seaside Market, and access to the beach with the most sand dollars I’ve ever found. Family friendly and located just off of U street….yo night even catch a round of golf just minutes away within walking distance. What more could you want!

Highly recommend this place! This complex is so cute and well taken care of! The bed and linens were super comfortable! The game room was a lot of fun! Customer service was awesome! Jody is so sweet and accommodating! Definitely coming back! If you stay, highly recommend getting the ones with pond view, very relaxing with the fire pit! Thank you again!

Love this place. You get your own space, kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, a nice little pond to walk around, close to town, very clean. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Seaside. Couple things- would love TVs in the room, plenty of space to mount them above the bedroom doors. There is a homeless camp across the pond, but there’s nothing the commons can do, it’s still a great place to have all the amenities of home. The traffic noise is kind of irritating, but again, not something the commons could fix. Still really enjoy this place!

Unit # 23, excellent lodging, clean, comfortable accommodations, family friendly. Bright cheerful colorful decor. Excellent stocked kitchenwares, gas stove/griddle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, bonus spice/herbs rack. Plenty of dish, pods, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap provided. Great clean linens/towels, comfortable bedding with clean bathrooms, hot showers, heated lighted large mirror vanity over sinks. TV, Wifi, Parking lot. Sand rinse off station. Game room with exceptional value and savings. Great Memories made! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!!

We stayed in one of the houses that was on the lake with view and trails, I enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and all the windows in the living room making the view spectacular. Our dogs enjoyed the trails and the home was very clean and comfortable with the fireplace. We will be coming back, definitely

Our family, including our 8 y/o Golden Retriever, spent several days in unit #9. I was super impressed with the style and functionality of the unit. It had a gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit. It was VERY clean and super pet friendly. There was s short walk to the “prom” and or beach and a cute dog-friendly restaurant (Rudy’s) w/i walking distance. The kitchen was small but functional & well equipped. Our unit was pond side with convenient walking trails for pet relief. There were community grills and corn hole for use and I guess a pool is in the works (but not done at the time of our visit). A pool will definitely bring this place to the next level especially for non- summer months. I would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations! We stayed there for one night and had a blast! All the houses have a porch that face a common space and we sat out there and watched the kids having fun. We had 5 people and there were 2 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. The living area had a queen size sofa bed. Plenty of room for all and a fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach and easy access to the town. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks for the great place!
