Coffee is not good 😞 So cute inside! That’s for sure! The owners did a good job making this a beautiful place inside, it’s nicely decorated. I was was hoping the coffee would be good. I was willing to look past the almost impossible parking. But I got my coffee and…… ew. The latte was gorgeous, and it was perfectly poured but it tasted pretty bad. The aftertaste was very bitter (perhaps burned), and the coffee itself was very weak and it barely tasted sweet, so it tasted most like plain steamed milk with a very weird aftertaste. Believe me when I tell you everything in this place is beautiful, but I went there for coffee not for the decor. There was minimal seating available, which I guess is good because that means that there were customers. The place is not very big though. All of the tables seem to be taken by about 10 AM and it seems like people had claimed their spot for the morning so it probably wouldn’t be an ideal place to meet a client, especially not a new client, for coffee or anything like that anytime after 10 AM. You’ll struggle with parking and the coffee won’t make a good impression. It will literally leave them with a bad taste in their mouth and that’s not how I would want to be remembered. I definitely wouldn’t take family from out of town there either. I don’t believe there was any ambient music. It was just kind of silent and we didn’t get a good reception. It was our first time there and we didn’t see where to stand to order at first, so we were waiting in line behind the wrong person while the gal that was going to take our orders just stood there and looked at us lol I guess we must’ve looked pretty stupid but a little direction or help goes along way for first time customers. Unfortunately, we will probably be last time customers. There’s no where to park nor sit and the coffee was actually so bad. So bad.
Not very good coffee, service was mediocre at best. Seems like a locals only type vibe. Suggested tipping starts at 20% and goes well north from there. For that kind of money I’d expect more.
The staff was great, the coffee was fine, and the atmosphere was pleasant! Would suggest management change the phrases on the tip screen, though. Corresponding text of "I've been naughty" for the lowest amount (still $1.50!) is a little overboard for someone tipping almost 50% on a drip coffee.
It wasn't busy when we went but it was the hour before they closed. I got the Grinch macha and it was sooo good. My friend got something with rose and if was also amazing. The flavor is rich. The inside was cute and warm. Looks like they are doing some remodeling on one half but it still had plenty of room to sit and some games to play. (We decided that battle ship was the best) They have cute holiday stickers on the coffee I'll have to come back to see how they change through the seasons.
My second time here and I really wanted to give it another try since it's close and I want to support it. Barista was rude and unwelcoming just like last time. I say hello. She said "there's the menu" so I look at the menu for 3 seconds and she said "you can order anytime you know" and I said "thank you, looking to see what you offer". She stares at me and says "can you order already?". I ordered the burrito which was not cooked all the way through with big clumps of unmelted cheese. The chai tea was watery which was odd considering it was supposedly made with coconut milk, no flavor. Not going to try a third time.
This place is hands down the best coffee/espresso/avocado toast and freshest made donuts daily! Family owned and ran by the most chill people. Friendly and cutest coffee spot in town! Oh and they have cocktails! I mean coffee and cocktails doesn’t get much better than that!! 💕💕
So glad I randomly popped in here. The coffee was delicious and the avocado toast they have was the best I've ever eaten. Definitely is now my go to neighborhood coffee shop!
Definitely a local favorite, lots of customers greeting each other and hanging out ☺️ Barista was friendly and got my food out quickly. The “Cardi Bee” latte is so good and the food is cheap and yummy too. Good parking and seating options inside and outside.
