we’ve stopped at this location before because we wanted a treat after work and ordered the ice blended drinks perfectly fine, but tonight we ordered a drink and they said they’re no longer making ice blended drinks even though we arrived at the same exact time as last time. At my restaurant job if a customer comes in a minute before the kitchen closes they can put in their order so i was surprised at this. I don’t know if they were just trying to close early and cleaning the machine took too much work or what but i thought that was interesting…. Thank you to the young man who made our drinks the last time we came close to closing time as i know it was inconvenient.
I was becoming a regular, but tonight the woman at drive thru was not friendly at all, and was way over charging me for a black large coffee with 2 shots. She said she had no idea why I got charged less the other 20 times I purchased same coffee. Employees end up scarring away all customers with horrible customer service! Starbucks now cheaper for something so now I'm back to Starbucks or 7 eleven for $2.69 extra large black Colombian with unlimited shots. No wonder coffee losing business. Garbage customer service skills and lack of proper training employees
the girl with the blonde hair and green sweatshirt made my drink really well. came in with my boyfriend, got two frappachinos and she made them super fast! they came out better than any other coffee ive tasted at coffee bean. props to the manager for hiring such talented workers 👏
I love Coffee bean way more than Starbucks any day.....however the customer service here is lacking during the holidays. I walked in to order and wasnt greeted until someone saw me at the register. Fine no big deal I'm sure drive thru was busy. The shift supervisor Maggie was very nice however the other barista helping me seemed to have mad attitude when I apologized for asking for Oatmilk for my husbands drink because I forgot to mention it when I ordered. She grabbed the drink all annoyed and tossed it in the sink and proceeded to make a new one .AND GOD FORBID I ASK FOR MILK FOR MY COFFEE like geez....do you not know I can see you rolling your eyes ? Ill make my coffee at home next time if its that much of a hassle. 5 stars for Maggie.... none for you.
I bought 7 brew coffees and 1 cookie butter latte in this early morning at 6:10 a.m. for my co-workers. I asked the drive through window girl to put in a container pack as Starbucks. They didn't pay attention their job and bad customer service. They gave me all single paper cups in the 4 paper bags to inconvenience. Some coffee n bags are torns cause unsecured and leaked coffee.
Sorry Coffee Bean, you loose your customer.

I don’t do starbucks. Ever. They suck. In town for a trip and thought I’d check out this chain. It was SO good. And so thankful they have oat milk!
They were very flexible in my order since I kinda just get a decaf flavored iced latte. It was perfect!
Jose Rubio needs to hire new staff. The morning crew are not morning people at all and they are very bland don't say good morning no small conversation. I ordered a beagle and I ce blended and no beagle am I the parking lot waiting for my beagle no apologies for the wait or at least try to up sale for another item so the customer doesn't have to wait. I miss Rancho Cucamonga location Pasadena sucks
As out-of-state visitors, after having stopped at 3 different CB&TL locations, I would say the food and drinks are solid. The service and order accuracy are less so. Unlike major multi-national competitors, these stores seem to employ high school age staff that are less motivated than some bigger companies. This seems to be common at this location and stores in other cities in the region. The Seattle based competition is a better option based on my three weeks in SoCal.

My friend introduced me to this spot and we were in the neighborhood.

In addition, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Mocha Tesora (Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Cocoa. Base level is light sweet), which can be ordered with any lactose free milks
Some of the best beans a person can hope for, we use the JC espresso as our main coffee at home, always in the hopper 24/7. Consistent, deep flavor profiles with subtle variations throughout the year. Basically overnight shipping in the LA area. Afte
I got a latte with almond milk and it was good. Solid flavor and great temperature. I also had their chorizo burrito and I thought it was pretty good.
Iâd definitely come back for a cup again and try their other breakfast items.

Such a refreshing spot with a trendy vibe that's perfect for photos! The staff are incredibly nice, and the atmosphere is super chill. Highly recommend the Rose Latte and Lavender drinks. A must-visit for every coffee enthusiast!
Went biking and needed lunch. Decided to try this place out (heard a lot about it and had their macarons before).
There is a bike rack that held about 4 bikes.

My first time at Stretch Lab was great. Parking was easy (and validated!) in the underground structure off Fair Oaks. The space is very nice and my stretch with Nita was terrific. She was knowledgeable, professional and gave me a great stretch.
Wow! I randomly found this place and itâs fantastic. Definitely a hidden gem. Loved the asian fish and chips but unfortunately forgot to take a pic! Everything on the menu looked amazing and I will definitely be back to try something new.
