I’d give a zero if I could. Cashier took my order wrong and then the red haired employee gave my partner attitude when he went up to correct it. Don’t see why immediately jumping to blaming the customer is their go to but it’s unacceptable if we’re paying for their drinks…He approached with no attitude too so to get it back is no good. Do better👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Came to study. Lots of outlets, free wifi, and nice tables. Coffee was fine.
Love this location. The staff is always pleasant, and I come here so often they remember my order. Great place to relax with a coffee or get work done. The large windows provide great natural light for reading.

Bought myself a Mocha cookies and cream ice blended. Very delicious and the staff is super friendly. This is a great location surrounded by a bunch of shops and eateries in the Americana. And if you want you can pick up a book to read from the B&N book store. Cheers!
I think this coffee bean location stands out because they offered whip cream on my oreo drink which not every location does AND while i did not sit down because I didn’t have time, they have a nice indoor seating arrangement to study, read, etc. I will choose this location for my coffee needs. It is also near barnes and noble so thats cool too :)
I like to take my coffee from this branch, but today, 10/19/2023 @ 9:00 pm the service was very bad ,the problem from the Manger (lady) she was very Annoying and she can't believe her self I'm the Manger,please if any one read my feedback From the management tell her take it easy .....the employees very nice but the Manger unfortunately 😕

Their espresso drinks are great! I got my usual oat-milk cappuccino before but today I tried their americano too and the fragrance is very unique. The sweet latte with their in-house lavender syrup is also pretty amazing too.

These guys are so cool and kind. Just now dropped off some food for them as a Uber driver. When ordering an ice coffee at them, they didn't take my money and even sent me tips online.
I love this place. It's always clean, unlike other places. Staff is always friendly and polite. Donuts are always fresh. I always try to buy it in Glendale Galleria even though I live in West Hollywood and there is some Dunkin closer....The only one
The customer service is the best even if line is long they still do best to get it done. There memory is amazing I don't need to ask they know what I need. They are all nice as can be. I love this starbucks
