As a former Coffee Bean employee I think the staff here really needs to be re-trained. The staff is usually standing around talking with each other about their personal lives and working like snails. The wait is always unnecessary long due to to how slow they work. As an example I ordered a drip coffee and it took them 10 minutes to pour it in the cup. When I worked at coffee bean that was something that the person at the register did right away while the customer was paying.
Refuse to go to this location based on 2 workers. The chola looking girl and thin blonde chick. They will not acknowledge you..Ever. The chola girl didn’t even give a simple thank you when handing over an order, which okay is not a biggie but to not even look at you while she is giving you your order because she is too busy gossiping with a coworker is just rude. My order had been sitting for 10 minutes until a different worker asked what I was waiting on. Rather drive to The Old Road location even if it’s a little further from me.
It's not all about that one coffee place...Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is worth going a bit further in your travels. Been to the two locations in SCV, found the staff rather unhappy at this one in Valencia on the several occassions we visited. We do really like the coffee, not so fond of the service. Hopefully, it will improve.
I really hate to say CBTL is slacking on the Matcha even when I get a extra scoop just tastes like milk or cream. CBTL was always my favorite over SB but SB and also DUNKIN are killing it with the Matcha Iced or blended and if you like the earthyness of Matcha get extra scoops.
Unfortunately 2 star because room temperature is extremely cold for sitting to relax and have your breakfast in it's almost feels like Siberia and sits and desks are positioned badly we need place to set our laptop to study comfortably while having breakfast our coffee . Now the reason they earned 2 star only because of their awesome staff here! Very welcoming and nice and people I still ordered and sat down to finishy breakfast and do my homeworks but believe me it's was torturing cold and sits and desks very uncomfortable please fix this issue!!! Order than that everything else was great again staff were amazing no issue there!!
Drive thru literally took more than 30 mins, do not waste your time
Definitely one of my preferred options when I'm hunting for a real coffee shop. Got quick service and a good cup of coffee

Great experience and it was a lot of fun. The only drawback was that on a Sunday which we were there, some of the rides were closed so they are understaffed, but you still pay the regular entry fee which is not always that cheap and do come prepared
