I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Coffee Bean. Except for the guy at the cash register, the rest of the staff needs proper training. The lady who claimed to be a supervisor was the worst. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she treated the customers very poorly.
I tried a blended drink for the first time, and it made me feel sick. When I politely asked her to remake it or give me a refund, she refused and displayed a bad attitude. I would have even accepted a refund and left, but she didn't offer.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I hope they recruit more staff who know how to handle customers better. Furthermore, they need help with cleaning the tables and disposing of trash. I have attached some photos, and you can see that the lady who gave me poor service has multicolored hair.
Coffee Bean, please train your staff in customer service or hire employees who understand it. What happened to your customer service? You can't even call the corporate office. It's way past the pandemic, and at least with Starbucks, you can get ahold of someone and give feedback on good or bad service. Coffee Bean has gone downhill, and that's really sad. The staff doesn't care because they say they're all managers when they're not, and they know there's no way to call corporate, so they can get away with anything and be mean. It's just like your local coffee house. Nobody cares anymore, and that's very disappointing. Please hire people who care or just fire everyone.
Felt a lil disappointed when coming into the Coffee Bean today. Wanted to order several different pastries but almost everything was out of stock and unavailable. What we got was warmed up, my drink was warm and tasty but nothing to brag about. All the tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, so we had to clean it ourselves, which isn’t the end of the world, but a clean table is nice. Both employees didn’t seem overly excited to be working. Also, wanted to use the bathroom before we drove home but it was occupied the whole time we were there (one bathroom for the restaurant).
Why the 3 stars. Service... Service and yep, you guessed it... Service! Charge for water? What? After you are doing being rude about answering questions concerning drink choices, demand I pay extra for Anaheim tap water in a small .02 cup. Did I walk in off the street like a vagrant, NO. I ordered a drink and STILL got charged for water. WATER! Tap water. The young clueless staff running the store here are the main issue. Then, to have a payment system that you can tip! Ohhh Lord NO! Starbuck is right up the street, literally, and they DON'T charge for water and the drinks taste that much better when served with less attitude. When will these companies learn to train their employees to provide GREAT customer service so they get repeat visits therefore increasing profits and over all satisfaction. As one of the patrons standing next to me said, " It's almost like they don't care because they believe everyone is just a tourist and won't be back anyways" - Great point!
The coffee has a nice flavor and the pastries are good as well. Perfect for breakfast!
Stopped by every day of my short work trip here around 7am. The Vietnamese latte will do the job for a long hard day!! Also tried the Aloha cold brew with macadamia cold foam which was also great. Hardly any wait during the week - different story on the weekend but still fast moving with extra staff to accommodate. Really good coffee
I totally understand having a great time at work , but there is a time and a place for chatting . Coffee is great just make sure the employees get your order correct . And not even apologize is baffling
I always make sure to stop at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf when I'm in California since there isn't one near me. They offer good coffee at a reasonable price and their stores are consistently clean with great service.
So I discovered this joint as the closest caffeine fueling station on a recent trip.
I'm kinda in the know when it comes to coffee, in case you didn't know....
Well, this place did it. I'm not going to tell you that they have the best coffee I've ever had, because they wouldn't let me make my own. And we all know mine is probably the best there is!
HOWEVER; They DO have the best freaking Iced Matcha I've had to date!!!! It was freaking delicious. And yes, I had at least one, every. single. day.....
Also, I had a friend confirm this claim if you were curious. You're welcome.
GO HERE AND GET A FREAKING ICED MATCHA!!! (dirty of course, is there another way...?)
(And no, I won't provide the hand models number from the photos)

This coffee shop is wonderful! The baristas are so attentive, kind, and actually care about the craft of coffee. They tell you where things are sourced, and theyâre eager to answer any questions you have. My sister and I tried their version of pump

Disney's California adventure location Christmas blend dark was good and the Mickey Gingerbread cookie was awesome. Sat at table in front of Starbucks and watched characters walk by. No better place to be.
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
