I got a latte with almond milk and it was good. Solid flavor and great temperature. I also had their chorizo burrito and I thought it was pretty good. I’d definitely come back for a cup again and try their other breakfast items.

I went there to pick up my order. As soon I entered the place two ladies that work there saw me come inside and ignored me. I was waiting there for one of them to come and give me my order. But they were just standing there chit chatting to each other and looking at me while they continued their silly conversation. When one of them came to help me, she had a nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. She was just standing there waiting for me to talk. After she finally gave me my order I told her thank you but she just kept that nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. Really bad customer service!

I used to come here very often. But with the homeless wandering in the area and sitting down next to you on the outside patio. The cashier talking about offering the vaccine at this location if you sit inside by the window. Its a coffee ☕ shop. Don't offer me a vaccine that is unsafe and untested in the long run. I just get my coffee up the street at the corner bakery now Have a blessed day yall.

Ordered from the app for first time and thought I was going to get 50% off but then realized it was for a different type of drink. Hard to read the fine print on the app. Oh well, my ice coffee was ready when I got there and the server was friendly.

This CBTL is (still all in) smh I love CBTL ...but I think I can speak for a great deal of Americans when I say we've had enough the past couple years + of being told how we should navigate our healthcare choices for ourselves & children...we don't need it from our local Coffee House as well ! 🙆🤦and that's why the 1 star

Not ideal for getting some work done. Didn't find any plugs inside the coffee place and barely found a place to sit. Coffee drink was not great either, too sweet. Maybe a good place to get some drink and hangout in the seating area outside, but definitely not recommended for work/study. There are far better options in the area within walking distance.

This Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is among the best within the chain. Service is always consistently the best, friendly, sincere, kind, helpful, where not just one or two give this service, they all do . The drinks are consistently excellent. If you're not satisfied, they will make it over. Light muffins, pastries do the job. Nothing special. Coffee Bean could really improve in this area as well as seasonal special drinks. Imo, corporate decides what to serve. A "classic cheese Danish " is definitely not worth a premium price. In the end, they are still worth 5☆ because of the service, otherwise, I'd give it 4☆.
