Wonderful stay. The check in and check out process is digital but is still very personal and unique. You have your own designated concierge who you can communicate through via text or phone. We worked with Marley and she was absolutely amazing.
There is parking which is great. Their location is also really good to a wide variety of restaurants and things to do. The rooms are gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again. Everyone I knew who didn’t stay here during our trip was so jealous and wish they had stayed at the Coach House. 10/10
We absolutely loved our stay at The Coach House; we only wish we had the time to stay longer! That it was tucked into a neighborhood just a short distance from downtown was so pleasant, and the included parking made our arrival easy and stress-free. Our room was beautiful; thoughtfully designed, comfortable, clean, quiet, and smelled phenomenal. Our personal concierge Marley was so responsive, helpful, and kind. We will absolutely be back!
The Coach House is an absolute gem in Salem. The rooms are just gorgeous. The colors and vibes are so modern and cozy.

An absolute gem. Boyfriend and I stayed here for a night to tour Salem and it was perfect location (A short, convenient drive to downtown). We were looking for a historical house to stay that was both in our price range and proper accommodations(my boyfriend has allergies). The house spoke to us. It was the perfect combo of both luxury and history. I think the best thing was the details, having the shampoo, conditioner, and soap supplied, the complimentary snacks, the temperature of the room(we were top floor and it was still cool during the 90 degree weather!) I think our only complaint is that there isn’t a deadbolt or second door lock- But my boyfriend and I are just paranoid people LOL. I would definitely stay here again and recommend! Perfect mini vacation for us!
We had such an amazing stay at The Coach House! We loved the modern and romantic style, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was the perfect location for a romantic getaway! The ambiance was top notch and we loved the detail around every corner. Highly recommend!
The coach house is an experience for its self! The rooms are updated and super clean. They have a complementary cute coffee and tea stand .Marley was a super host with us and was so kind you won’t get that anywhere else in Salem.Will definitely come stay again!
I'm so glad I stayed here. I was nervous about there not being a "front desk", but the way they have you check in/out and have a personal concierge communicate via text made it so convenient. The property itself is beautiful and safe (important for a solo female traveler). It's also in the perfect location: walking distance from downtown Salem, surrounded by tons of eateries, and a quiet neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about The Coach House. I will definitely be back!
Not sure how hotels get their star ratings... but this hotel should definitely be considered more than 2 star. Seamless system for check in. The room was stunning. Very clean. Soundproof. Complimentary snacks and water! Soap and shampoos are premium. Luxurious bathroom! Slept well even after doing the Salem ghost walk lol! 9$ uber ride to the salem witch museum. Would recommend to all friends and family. Will likely rebook.
The room was clean and warm. The queen bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean and soft. The daybed was a little noisy and the trundle bed needs an updated mattress. Neither of us slept on it but we did pull it out to relax by the TV. Love the s

Amazing exhibition. Beautiful story, both authentic and humbling experience. Being able to walk through this house and hear the historical commentary was like being transported back in time. A must see if you are in the area.
