If you like being treated as just a number, no room for advancement or a raise this job is perfect for you! There is zero structure, rules vary depending on if you are friends with the manager/gm. Zero discipline for those same individuals, but you will get write-ups for the same thing others are doing. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely beautiful greens. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Private golf course that offers caddy and golf carts. Pro shop has a great selection of clubs and are very product knowledgeable .

"The Club at Wynstone" is one of the 10 ten best golf course experiences in Illinois. It's not just a golf club, its tennis with clay and hard courts, a great swimming pool and Cabana. And the restaurant and social life is fantastic.

This review is strictly for the pool. Thankfully the club used some of its money wisely and invested in chair covers and towel set ups. However, after many years I am still disappointed with the food service. The stand is ALWAYS out of some item or messes up your order at least once. As a member, I had one experience, which I will never forget and have unfortunately seen happen to others. I had come to the pool to eat lunch at the cabana. So I did not sign in as I was not going to be staying at the pool. While eating, the manager approached me to tell me I would need to leave once I was finished...last I checked I pay to be a member at this pool. How disrespectful to your customers. Not to mention, the lifeguards always look distracted or pre-occupied to be doing their duties. I often see them hanging out with other members and not having their focus on the pool where our children are. I am disappointed this is not monitored, yet my 30 minutes in the cabana was too long of a stay...

Amazing course. Huge fairways and a second shot course that will test every club in your bag. The greens are as good as any in the Midwest. It's a course you need to play more than once as any shot to the wrong section of the green is an auto 3 putt.
