We had a great stay at the Cloudveil. Cozy rooms, spacious lobby and Tatiana planned fun activities for our family that we loved. We loved utilizing the rooftop when it was open. Our kids also loved the pool but it got crowded at times with other families there too.
I rarely post but this property was exceptional. The room was cozy and had a great vibe for Jackson. The location was wonderful. We were steps to dining, shopping and everything Jackson has to offer. We were dazzled by hand written welcome notes and wine sent to our room. I also need to mention Jackie the consierge. She arranged our tours and dining reservations becoming our own personal travel agent. I highly recommend this hotel if you want access to nature and lots of in town fun with great service and attention to detail.
We stayed at the Cloudveil for 5 evenings. The location cannot be beat! I am so happy to have stayed here instead of in Teton Village. You are within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars! We were even close to several of our tours we arranged. We had a corner room and noise was never an issue. There were a lot of families, as it's summer vacation. Unfortunately, it is a small pool and there were always tons of kids using it and the hot tub. We are an older couple traveling without kids, so wasn't ideal for us. I would come back in Sept if we returned. The gym is great. It was never busy. The rooftop was fun for drinks. Housekeeping was inconsistent. We would be gone all day and room still had not been serviced. The hair dryer had to be the worst hair dryer I have encountered in a hotel. If you have a lot of hair, bring you own. You won't regret it! All in all we had a great visit here and would recommend!
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the location is great. I do have to share my experience tonight coming up to the rooftop bar which was extremely confusing/disappointing. We arrived at 8:30 expecting to be able to have a night cap as all signs said the rooftop closed at 10 pm. We were immediately told when we walked out to the rooftop that they were doing last call due to a low amount of people on the rooftop. I asked politely what time the rooftop normally closes and was told “it’s last call.” I proceeded to watch a group of 8 people, a group of 4 people, 2 groups of 2 people, and another group of 3 be told the same exact thing. I think it’s pretty obvious here most people are going out for dinner around 7 and wanting to come back to use the rooftop bar for a night cap, which is exactly what many people were wanting to do but we’re immediately told last call way before closing. If you’re hours say open until 10 pm then stay open until 10 pm. It was so odd watching a business repeatedly turn down customers from 8:30 to 9 pm just so they could close early. Very disappointing and honestly so weird.
Cloudveil is just a block from Jackson’s central square—the one with four arches made out of antlers—and walkable to everything in downtown Jackson. I don’t know how the town supports so many outdoor gear shops but it does.||We liked the hotel. The rooms are unsurprisingly decorated in Western style and motifs. All very nice. Good beds, showers, etc. Reasonable size and closet/drawer space. Nespresso maker in the room. Snacks and some drinks in the hallway. Refillable water bottles given to all guests.||Hallways have HD screens at the end showing close up films of bison, moose or bears close up. Bistro restaurant in the lobby that we never tried. Front desk check in and out very polite and efficient.||We’d be happy to stay here again when in Jackson.
This place is absolutely fantastic. The service is awesome. The location is awesome. The amenities are fantastic. The rooms are great. Just a luxurious hotel. If you are a titanium elite member, you have the advantage of getting a $50 card for breakfast which comes in handy because the breakfast place is awesome, also the restaurant for dinner has great food. A tip for families – – because many of the ice cream places close at 9 o’clock. I would suggest coming here grabbing dessert for the kids and a drink for the parents. Just a great place and I can’t say enough nice things about it , well I’ll say one more thing. The staff is incredible and we really enjoyed our experience at this hotel.
Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, pricey. The guest pantries on each floor are useful - don't go to whole foods and buy trail mix like we did! We enjoyed the lacroix bevies, tea, trail mix, etc. Well-appointed rooms in modern but western motif. ||hot tip: park in public garage overnight (only a couple blocks away). no one could say where downtown vs residential technically begins.
Starting our family vacation through Yellowstone at the Cloudveil. ||We checked in late, yet Rick at the front desk was kind enough to give welcome stuffed animals to my kids. ||Perfect location. Great mixture of modern yet fits into Jackson perfectly. ||Rooms are very well appointed. Great water pressure in the showers. ||Cannot say enough good things. Will certainly stay again.
My husband and I recently stayed here for a brief 4 day getaway. We had a wonderful experience. The Aman staff is lovely, the rooms are great and the views are amazing! The food at their in-house restaurant was also superb. We travel often and have s

The staff was great, and the room was fantastic. You will have yo pay for any snacks from the lobby, however, and the lobby itself is not open 24 hours. So if you choose this place be sure to arrive during office hours. Otherwise you may have some pr

Fun unique restaurant/bar. Service was really good. We enjoyed homemade bison chili, mushroom soup and chowder. All so good! Also had the lunch special, similar to a turkey club and the Bison burger. Bison burger was lean and tasty! Highlight recomme
