The Clara - Apartment complex in Eagle - 225 S Linder Rd, USA

I’ve permanently moved into one of my favorite resorts, otherwise known as The Clara! The staff is friendly and attentive. The amenities create a world a value. My daughters named the resident ducks which are just the cutest! There is nothing better than a sandy beach under bare feet and tasty food cooking in the outdoor kitchen . Living in The Clara has made our transition of moving from out of state the most enjoyable as we get acquainted with Boise, I definitely recommend 100%!

This review is for Michael. He is the Best!!! He is professional, extremely pleasant, polite, charming, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He has made our stay here very welcoming. Anything we needed, which is very little, he has been more than accommodating. He is always a pleasure to talk with and my husband and I are always happy to see him. I would give him an infinite amount of stars on this review if I could. Thank you Michael, you are so appreciated!

I have lived at The Clara for two and a half years, and I have loved my home. I enjoyed growing my vegetables in the community garden, and playing at the beach. The lakehouse has been incredible, I am able to go in there on days that I work from home, and use the conference room or other spaces. The gym offers a variety of awesome equipment including my personal favorite, the yoga room. 🧘‍♀️ When small issues arose in my apartment, the maintenance staff were quick and happy to come out and repair/replace any problems. Michael Mooney in the office has been so incredible to work with. He is funny, kind, helpful, resourceful. Anytime I have needed Michael he has been there for me. I am so grateful to The Clara, and Michael for making living here such an exceptional experience.

I absolutely love living here! The amenities are amazing and I feel like I live at a resort. Everything is super clean all the time and the other residents are very nice. Jasmine was a major help when I toured and signed my lease. She answered all of my questions and got me moved in very quickly! 10/10 recommend moving here.

I have loved living at the Clara. My daughter and I have felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable since the day we moved in. We have made friends here that have become more like family, and the Clara's community atmosphere has definitely been a big part of that happening. The staff is all so friendly, but Michael is the BEST! From the time I moved in, through anything that has come up, Michael is my go to giuy! He's always eager to help, and always finds a solution. Thank you to everyone at the Clara for providing such a great experience for us.

I wanted to live here for 6 months to make sure I was giving a fair review. We moved back from Colorado and were skeptical about moving to somewhere we had never seen. However, there are no regrets in our decision. Michael and the rest of the team were and continue to be amazing and helped us through the entire process. The Clara is beautiful and well taken care of, I am proud & happy to live here.

Horrible management. We finished our lease and tried to schedule a walk through. They NEVER responded! Ever. Didn’t send us a list of what we would get back, anything wrong with the apartment, no email, no phone call nothing. Until they sent us to collections. We tried to call them and get some information. Nope, they said we would have to deal with the collection agency since it’s also out of their hands. Horrible leadership by someone named Alyssa who never shows her face or calls you back. Their phone always ends up in voice mail also. Don’t rent there! Also known to be a marijauna hook up in the community.

Michael Mooney has been the Assistant Manager ever since we first moved to The Clara and I couldn't ask for a more caring, responsible, attentive and engaging team member to do business with. Whether it's all about putting in a maintenance request, listening to my comments on things that could be improved or just bantering about the antics of the resident ducks, he has never disappointed. I should also point out that he's the creative braintrust when it comes to the holiday decorating or planning special events for the residents. I always look forward to seeing what he is going to come up with next!
