Really mixed feelings about this place. It's beautiful and stunning. Most everything is way over priced compared to comparable ornament shops. There are very very very very high end items as well.... Single ornaments that cost over $100 ...trees that are $1500+... A nativity that costs $40,000 (without the stable).
The ornaments you get your names written on are reasonable, but still higher than anywhere else I've gotten them.
They seemed to have half the staff working this year as they did last year. But I suppose that's a common struggle these days. But for the prices of the items on the shelves they should be able to pay really well.
It really is amazingly beautiful with tons of options. But really ideal for people who have plenty to spend. And who don't want to buy cheaper elsewhere.
With Christmas around the corner, we had to stop in. Amazing place with friendly staff. If you can't find it here, it doesn't exist.
Only suggestion for people that are used to the one in Gatlinburg is to decorate the outside if possible because a lot of people might now know what it is or where it is hidden on a fast road in mt. Juliet. But I have been a fan and avid lover of the incredible Christmas place for almost 10 years so its a great place for everything you need or could possibly want.
Love this store it pricey but has very nice stuff
Amazing! If you love to decorate your home for Christmas you will love this store! Gifts for everyone too. Of course Santa was so nice. He doesn’t even mind when you touch his beard. Kids just loved him! He is so kind and helpful to make sure the kids find everything.
A hidden gem in Mt. Juliet. This new store is open and fresh, packed with decorations and has just enough space to offer likely any Christmas needs you have. If you are familiar with the larger Pigeon Forge location this store has all the major items of that store just in a different setting.
Even if you are not interested in shopping I’d still say this is worth a stop to see the decorated trees, probably the most decorations you will ever see on a Christmas tree. Some standout moments in the store is the life size gingerbread house where Santa sometimes meets, with his sleigh above. The exterior of the store is decorated as well. Merchandise indoors ranges from ornaments, nutcrackers, personalized ornaments, artificial trees, lights, garlands, and table decor.
We are long time fans and customers of the original Pigeon Forge location, and this was our first visit in Mt. Juliet. Much smaller scale, but just as creative and nice! So much to see and consider for one's Christmas decor! Highly recommend!
Loved this place! So many different sections of styles/themes of decorations as well as lots of different cost points. They even sell artificial Christmas trees, Christmas lights, and garland. There really is something for everyone here. I loved the gnome section in particular!
My husband and I were pleased to find a couple cute $8 gnome ornaments for our yearly ornament purchase tradition!
Lots of photo opportunities outside by the Huge tree and Believe sign as well as inside with Santa!
Highly recommend stopping by, even if just for the experience of the store!
