Stopped by to see about getting some steaks. All the meat in the cabinet was grey. Looked in the desert fridge and they were selling desserts made 9 days ago. These two things alone make me question the quality and safety of the food served. Needless to say I left without bothering to risk it.

Food is good 👍 Service and response is an absolute failure. I was planning a family event and contacted store manager. I was instructed to email to secure my order, after 6 emails, 7 voicemails, 4 store calls and 4 in-store visits I have still not received a call back or email response.

Hands down best cheeseburger, sirloin sandwich, and cheesecake I have had. As a travel nurse I have eaten all over the country. These folks know how to do it right! Fresh, delicious, and perfectly easoned.

This is the best breakfast place in Clarksville and the deli is excellent. The honey glazed ham was perfect for our holiday gathering and the staff is amazing.

Burger Wars In my quest to find the best burgers in Clarksville, TN, I've sunk my teeth into a new find, The Choppin' Block. This is not only a butcher shop but a small restaurant that provides catering services. According to the owner, they celebrated their 10th anniversary in December. She was proud to say that the desserts, salads and salsa are homemade. They are well known for their rib-eye steak sandwiches and twice baked potatoes. Brhett is one of the friendliest waitresses with a generous smile. She took my order of which I kept simple; a cheeseburger with everything, French fries and a drink to make my meal a combo. I do not exaggerate when I say the meat was tender, juicy and the taste unbelievable. Even the bun was soft creating one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The crinkle fries were thick and hot. To top it off, the prices were just right. The food is so good that I’m already planning my next meal. They offer daily specials as well as breakfast that starts at 6 in the morning. The Choppin’ Block is also a distributor of the Big Green Egg, a barbecue and cooking product. Overall: Fresh meat, great prices and service makes this a favorite to return to more than one once.

I called around to 6 different butcher shops in search of an untrimmed brisket. They we're the only ones who had it unless I wanted to drive nearly an hour and a half. When I got there to get the brisket t he actual Butcher brought out several for me to pick from and he even recommend the best one and why. (Fat was marbled all throughout really well) I left more informed then when I came in. My husband, who is the expert, said it was the best one we've ever gotten. We will b back and I'll post pics once it's done it's 24 hour dry rub marinade. Really amazing service guys! These people obviously care about what they do and put alot of love into their food. Super fast yet very personal service and they were slammed!! Update made the brisket and it was perfect! Great cut of meat!

After reading so many positive reviews my hubby snd I dropped in this morning to check it out. Very nice folks here, they check to make sure everything is the way you expected. Prices are reasonable, the country ham and egg sandwich was perfection. No pic available because it was devoured just that quick. Looking around at the gorgeous dessert options displayed makes a return visit a high priority. The pork chops we saw brought out make another return visit most definite. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that a lot action like this that has such good food requires at least double the tables available….pretty sure they would be filled!
