Classic sub shop vibe. Love the subs and wide variety of ice cream flavors. It's our go to for subs and ice cream. For the most part the customer service is fine but sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication amongst employees creating confusion which is why I gave that part 4 stars. I've never had any issues with my orders just an observation.
Used this location for catering for a birthday party, ordered 11 total boxes so it was a big order. They handled it perfectly. Communication was great, order ready on time, and food was great. Order was correct. I will use them for catering again. Nick on the communication end was good and I think Mike helped me carry the boxes to my car. Nice work to them.
The subs are always very good. One of my favorite sandwich shops. However, I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and pepper jack cheese and it had neither. It's a simple job for the sandwich maker to read an order correctly. Very disappointing and it will be some time before I go back. Make sure to double check your orders before you leave.
Fresh, flavorful subs made to order. Ice cream in 10 flavors ready to be dished up for dessert. Depending on the day, you may have a great service experience bit sometimes you feel like your intruding on a gossip session. 😉 Whatever, day you go the food is fresh and delicious!

I will never come here again their customer service is the worst I ever seen and I’ve worked in restaurant business for 8 years. They forgot half my order then when I called back & asked about it respectfully they kept putting me on hold & nick the manager hung up in my face because he said they were “busy” do not go here!!! Very unprofessional
