The Chocolate Architect - Chocolate shop in Folsom - 250 Palladio Pkwy #1335, USA

This is a great place to buy a variety of fudge, ice cream and wine. They have pairing flights of fudge with either red, white, sparkling or desert wines, although they give no info on the best way to experience the wine and chocolate like you would get at a winery. It’s still a fun experience.

My wife is a chocolate affectionado and we stopped in here for her birthday. The ower and her husband (Dave & Becky) gave very good personal attention and the chocolate/wine pairing was amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the area and love wine and chocolate then please stop in.

This was our first time there. It is owned by a husband and wife. We kind of came inside on a whim because the name sounded interesting. Let me tell you that was one of the best decisions I ever made. This is by far one of the best chocolates that I have ever tasted. So creamy and decadent. They have a variety of flavors as well to suit every palette. The owner also informed us that they have vegan and sugar free options available. He was super nice and very welcoming. We informed him that we lived quite a bit of ways from the store and he said that they deliver and ship worldwide. He also did not hesitate to offer us samples since it was our first time. Will definitely be coming back to this establishment. Super glad I walked in.

Super sad no one has done marketing/ advertising for this place. Love it so much and just accidentally happened upon it. You're looking at wine tasting, champagne tasting, wine pairing, tasting paired with chocolate, frose, frozen wine, frozen rose to go.

This was my first time trying a beer and chocolate pairing. Definitely a lot more fun then excepted. My wife did a champagne flight pairing which was also amazing. Staff was so great and helpful even in this Covid times. We would recommend this to anyone that has a palette for chocolate, beer, wine or champagne. We are definitely going back and hopefully next time with friends.

Had a great time visiting this place. The owner and her husband are just a peach. They offer samples daily and two options for each guest. When I visited it was strawberry lemonade and dark chocolate coffee...so good. They have sugar free options and vegan which was a treat for my brother and family. We had a sample of the raspberry silk with the wine that her husband chose and that was delicious. A great blend of flavors. Will be back ans if your in the area or passing by on the 50 its a "must pit stop."

I think i got robbed here. My total was $14. My card was charged $16 something for a pink slushie... Overpriced for what it was and got robbed... wth! Buyer Beware!
