Great ambience, outstanding spacious, comfortable, and charming rooms w/ some suites uniquely perfect for family stays. Location in beautiful and quiet Garden District is excellent, and easy to get to other areas. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, despite some of the comments in other reviews. Various lounges and pool area are really nice and inviting. Selections of vinyl available for in-room turntables are a nice touch. Included breakfast was at least good, if not elevated. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The Chloe was incredible. My husband and I live in New Orleans, and decided on the Chloe for our stay-cation honeymoon after our wedding in the city this month. We felt incredibly welcome for every moment we were there. Our room was gorgeous, with a very old-school, classy flair. The touch of including a record player with a few records in the rooms was honestly my favorite thing. The pool was a beautiful, peaceful place to lounge, and I can't say enough nice things about the food. Excellently placed for travelers from out of town, but honestly, I highly recommend the Chloe for locals too! We will definitely be returning in the slow season to lounge in the pool and maybe treat ourselves to another lovely night in their rooms. Adam, who checked us in, and Hannah, who was our server, really made an absolutely lovely weekend even more amazing.

We traveled from Pensacola with another couple who also stayed at the hotel. After checking in, we all decided to lounge by the pool for most of the afternoon to relax because of our busy schedules back home. Much to my surprise, there were at least 20 people or more (most of them looked like college students) lounging around in all areas of the pool and taking up many of the chairs. There were four or five people laying on the pool deck blocking the entrance steps to the pool. One of the staff members had to clear people off of the chairs so that we as hotel guests could use them. One young couple was in the pool making out (the female had her legs wrapped around him while he was grinding her) for the better part of an hour.||We were puzzled as to why a boutique hotel with 14 rooms would have such a crowded pool area on a Monday afternoon. Then we noticed nearly everyone at the pool was wearing wristbands and we later found out the hotel issues day passes to the pool like it was a water park.||We payed $534 per night to stay at what we thought was an upscale, boutique hotel in the Garden District. The fact that the hotel is limited to 14 rooms was one of the reasons we chose to stay there, mostly because we assumed it would be quiet and exclusive.||When you allow that many more people to occupy the pool area, it not only adds to the noise level, it becomes more crowded. It also makes your guests repeatedly have to stand in line behind the day pass people when getting a drink or towel at the bar. Also, for the price we paid for the room, there should be a server poolside to wait on hotel guests. ||Additionally, I would like to address the parking. The 14 room hotel has two marked, designated parking spots, both of which were occupied upon our arrival. We had to write a note that we were staying at The Chloe and put it on the dash of our vehicle in hopes that we didn’t get booted or towed away. I don’t even mind paying for parking as long as I know that my vehicle will not get towed away.||The next morning, we wanted to ride one of the guest bicycles with the couple we traveled with. They checked out two bicycles and about 15 minutes later, we went to check out two bicycles. There were five bicycles available in the bicycle pool but the pool entrance. The desk employee told us we wouldn’t be able to check out any of the remaining bicycles because they all needed maintenance so we were not able to ride bicycles with our friends. ||Lastly, when we came back to the desk to check out, once again we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to respond so we could settle our bill. ||In conclusion, it’s a very charming and beautiful property. We enjoyed the room and sitting on the porch and when they were available, the staff was friendly and accommodating.||The same night of our stay, The Ponchartrain, where we stayed on our last visit and had comparable rooms, was less than $200. The Ritz-Carlton and Monteleone were also considerably less expensive than The Chloe. ||The problem with your property isn’t necessarily the price itself, but the cost/benefit analysis. We expected The Chloe to be a quiet oasis with the amenities and privacy commensurate with the price, but we were very disappointed because we very much looked forward to our stay

The Chloe exceeded expectations on every front. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the record player and “playlist” record bundles with obviously passionate recommendations from the team. The common areas, shared with a public restaurant and bar, were always lively at the right times (and quiet at the right times). The team was welcoming and made every effort to make our stay remarkable (and they succeeded). We can’t wait to come back.

The Chloe has it all; service, quality, and atmosphere. Stayed three nights and two days, and we were able to see everything we wanted to in the Garden District and the French Quarter thanks to the Charles Street trolley, which runs in front of the hotel. Had a good dinner on site our first evening. The room was comfortable, and the noise abated by 10:00 (or earlier on the weeknights). Coffee is complimentary to guests throughout the day. Plenty of street parking. Ready to go back!

The pool area is not so great. Not enough seating. NO shade until 7pm. Umbrellas provide NO Shade during the hottest parts of the day. Better pools at other locations. Skip this one if ur looking for a pool pass day. Pic taking at 5pm

My husband and I just popped in here for a drink on our honeymoon, per the recommendation of our concierge at the Monteleone. We rode the historic St Charles Streetcar line out to this absolutely charming hotel and got to watch Bryce masterfully mix both our cocktails simultaneously. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hannah, their beverage manager, who easily ranks as one of the coolest people we’ve talked to this trip. Highly recommend, even if just for one round!

I recently visited The Chloe for drinks and dinner and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Twin Stacked Burger with fries and the Roasted Mahi Mahi. The burger was great—juicy and flavorful. However, the fries were incredibly salty, to the point where they were inedible. It felt like I was eating seasoning cubes. Unfortunately, the Roasted Mahi Mahi was also disappointing. It wasn’t grilled as expected and had a peculiar bitter taste, possibly due to an excessive amount of saffron. Overall, while the burger was enjoyable, the overly salty fries and the oddly flavored Mahi Mahi left me disappointed.
